So after finding hardly any reviews on this place after we were all a bit worried about what it would actually be like. From the moment we walked into the office to pick up our room keys it was perfect. Check in was very very easy, Laura looked after us well. The office is directly opposite the apartments. The location is 5 mins from the beach down one single road, The strip is 5 mins in the opposite direction. Rooms were perfect, 2 beds, 2 sofa beds, separate kitchen, with washing machine, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer. We were on the 5th Floor and view of the pool was amazing. Security is very polite, it's not 24 hours but he finishes at 2 am so it's all secure, You get given 2 keys 1 for the main gate and one for the room. There was 4 of us that travelled and we were given 4 sets of keys in case anyone wanted to come back early. Would Deffo recommended

Just back after a week's holiday in a very tried 8th floor apartment, it was clean but very shabby and no linen change as we were only there for a week. Although there is a pool there are no sunbeds and at my age getting up from the towel on the grass is impossible so could not do any sunbathing or swimming as you are not to enter the building with wet feet. Has a lot of appliance's but no hair dryer. Will not be returning. Was not told about the lack of sunbeds when collecting the keys and was told when asking about them to go and buy one.

We booked with travel republic 2 apartments asked for them to be near each other but were put in 2 different blocks? The apartments were dated but were clean enough. We had a washing machine which was good because we were there for 9 nights and were only given clean towels and bedding once. We had to buy toilet rolls because only 1 was provided! The caretaker is polite and pleasant but it is not 24hr so when we came in at night and had no lights luckily my husband knew where the trip switch was. I personally would not use the apartments again but my son who had the other apartment would because its near the nightlife. The staff where you pick the keys up were helpful but expect to pay 2 euros to find out what time you will be picked up?

Back from staying at those apartments again. Basic but very clean and tidy. Great balcony; UK tv/. Very safe and well looked after. Office across road for key collection.Brilliant help from girls if you have any problem. Will be back again in July. Many thanks girls you were all brilliant.

Just back from ten nights in gemelos 4:calle jean . Very satisfied with apartment. Clean/ uk tv / washing machine ./ big balcony/ a special thank you to the lovely ladies in gestaltur office who were very helpful to us.going back again soon. Very safe apartment for oldies like us!
