2nd time to book hotel. Same experience hotel & staff to good.
Same bad with hotel early checkout u went tea or breakfast not possible But hotel like home . Safe & secure. Next time & everytime i book this hotel surely.

We travelled with our family and extended family in Dec 2016. The management has very well planned the hotel, activities and stay. The staff is very cordial and tech-savvy too. We had an amazing experience here.
Pros
1. The Hotel is very close to the beaches and yet very quiet
2. You have very good eateries nearby
3. It is also very close to a canal with good evening hangouts
4. Pool is good, clean and the gym is also good.
5. Very good play and activity area for children.
6. Great activity rooms and lawn seating for evening tea/coffee
7. You also get to hire scooters right outside the hotel at good rates.
8. Cabs would show-up very quickly as it is close to major beaches
9. Clean and hygienic place, very well maintained.
10. Good to see some international style management in India.
Cons
1. Nothing as such, perhaps the buffet breakfast could have a wider spread (perhaps a hot kitchen) and better selection of fruits.

Most friendly and helpful manager ever Mr Sikander.He is very helpful and great,first impression of the hotel !! He gave me proper information about Goa and special attractions in d Goa also a directions too, along with a helpful map.Room was clean, stylish with excellent service in both room & restaurant where we had dinner.Food was beyond good and great value for money and service in both places attentive and efficient.Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Very well maintained hotel. Rooms are not big but planned very well. Nice play areas for kids and even games like pool table, air hockey etc for adults. Food is good but service is little slow.
Don't book room from hotel in advance as rooms are available at lower price on the spot. We booked rooms in advance and paid more.

Superb venue at an awesome destination with the most friendly staff. Mr. Sikander was most accommodating and made our stay really comfortable.
Highlights of Goa was Dudhsagar and Baga Beach. A definate must in your to do list.
