Bocairent is a lovely place to while away a couple of days and L'Agora is the perfect place to stay while you while. A friendly welcome and a stylish spacious room/bathroom awaited us. Simple breakfasts in the small sunny courtyard provided a good start to the day. The hotel is easy to find from the main road but sits just outside the old town with a short stroll into the main square. Don't worry if the front door is locked when you arrive - call the number displayed in the window and they'll come to check you in.

I went there with my partner for 2 days. The service was great, a lovely lady welcomed us and explained how everything worked very nicely. The room was lovely and clean and we had great views from our window.

Beautifully restored hotel in the older part of Bocairente. Stayed for 2 nights in one of the well appointed junior suites overlooking a small square. Perfect to watch the world go by! Simple but excellent breakfast can be taken on the rear terrace. Small hotel with only 8 rooms so likely to be a peaceful stay at any time (although the town clock does chime every 15 minutes throughout the night!).
As noted in other reviews, local dining options are rather limited on Sundays and Mondays but we managed to find a bar nearby that served excellent tapas.
Bocairente is also a good base for the many surrounding walks and trails - we would recommend the Cami de l'Escaleta down towards Otinyent and back.

stayed at L'agora hotel for 3 nights in February and really enjoyed our stay. Our room was large and comfortable with a balcony (ideal for our afternoon glass of wine)
My only advice on the room would be to have one on a higher floor as you can hear the guests at breakfast when on the first floor
Staff spoke little English but were very accommodating and helpful and considering we spoke little Spanish we all got on well and we felt very welcome. They happily arranged taxis for us and provided advice on where to go
Breakfast is basic (coffee/orange/bread/cheese/ham/jam) but it is enough to keep you going to lunch
The town itself is wonderful and the people so friendly - we felt very at home here and will definitely be back in the near future

I stayed here 2 nights for business and was delighted at this lovely little hotel right in the centre of Bocairent. I had a huge double room on the top floor with a big bathroom, which was clean, tidy and just a pleasure to stay in. Beds were big and comfortable. Breakfast was minimal but really nice. Can't wait to come back.
