The property manager Sabu George and his assistants Govind, Sreejith and Peter would do everything to make your stay comfortable, memorable and nice. All star attractions of Kumarakom are within 2 km radius from the hotel - either to the left(Bird Sanctuary, Bay Island Driftwood Museum) or to the right(Kumarakom Govt Boat Jetty for houseboat trips) , The hotel staff arranges for local taxis and offer all kinds of help. The food is excellent, made-to-taste, customizeable and homely. The staff are very flexible to accommodate all requests - would highly recommend this to families/couples/friends who are looking for a peaceful restful vacation at a comfortable place

-->Food/Dinner/Breakfast- Veg/Non-Veg -Testy, Reasonable, with prompt service.
-->Management staff was very Helpful.
-->Service/Staff- Excellent.Very Helpful especially to Senior Citizen.
Staff said Renovation is going on to make more better.
Though it was not too big or lavish Hotel but Service/Response was good.
"VALUE FOR MONEY" in budget.

Rooms are small. Furniture is old designed. In our one room, TV was not working so they had to replace it which took lot of time.
Food is good. Hotel has open space outside the main building but is not well maintained.
Location is good as it is on the main road where autos and buses are available. Bird sanctuary and house boating points were only 4-5 km away.
Over all a budget and decent stay as Kumarakom otherwise has many five star expensive hotels and very few budget hotels.

We travelled as a group of 17 cyclists and stayed one night in this hotel. The owner of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Most of us had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the meals were excellent. We may come again next year.

Nice place to go for group family outing....We were group of 32 persons comprisinh of 12 families...it was a fun experience with almost the entire resort available to us....nice cooperative team with excellent support from Mr.Sabu...if u want families to sit and enjoy...this is a welcome place
