I would like to say thanks to the hotel manager Thomas for giving us a pleasant and wonderful stay in this hotel. It was a great experience and we had a gala time staying in this residency. Food was amazing specially the appam during breakfast and the manager was so humble and irrespective of time constraints managed to get us bread butter and jam during late hours so that our kids could eat. We had to take this hotel since we had a bad experience with some other hotel but i am glad that it happened because this place was far better than our previous booking at illikallam resort. Thank you Thomas. We really appreciate and respect kind hearted and professional people like you.

A good mid-range property ideal for family/group those looking for a silent stay. Rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained + neat bathrooms. All basic amenities like AC, fridge, TV were available. Friendly staff especially the Manager was very helpful. The free breakfast was included. Over all value for your money.

We stayed in this Hotel for 2 nights and the overall experience was really great.
Pros:
1. Great Hospitality:
The manager was very accommodative and helped us in arranging vehicles for sightseeings.
2. Clean Rooms: The rooms were clean and we get Apartment like experience.
3. Delicious Food: We got to taste kerala dishes and food was awsome.
4. Nice Location: Its located very close to Vembanad Lake and took pictures of sunset and its also close to Bird Sanctuary and Boat Jetty.

This property is located in a nice location near the road nestled in a cool, cool jungle like village. It's on the way to the Nava Nazareth Church by passing the Royal Grove. Good food, friend staff and service.

Absolute cheating, No proper air conditioning, No TV working, No proper staff, Not so clean for the price, There are much better options available. The manager of the hotel also overcharged us for the boat service provided
