I can not understand all the rave reviews on this place. As soon as we arrived I realized I had over paid. The front desk staff absolutely incompetent. We along with others had tried to check in 15 minutes early, 4 pm check in. You think they would be ready, nope. Rooms were not ready, and there was a line that took 1/2 hour to check in. The woman that finally checked us in directed me to my room in the wrong building. When I came back she looked at me blankly, like I had moved the room. She went to ask a manager where our room was. The room was just OK, but a bit run down. The bathroom was tiny and dumpy. The walls were super thin. We could hear people in their rooms on both sides of us, everyone in the hall and everyone in the parking lot. The halls smelled terrible. They say they have free WiFi but we were not able to access it from our room. We did not see any of the condos and I guess they are privately owned so they must vary. The view, from the few that are actually on the lake, is beautiful. I really would not waist my money on this place. Shop around there are plenty of much, much nicer places to stay in S Lake Tahoe. We loved Tahoe so we will be back, but absolutely not to this place.

I stayed here with my family in May for two nights. We had an absolutely great time there. Rooms are great, very well maintained and fully equipped. Their front desk staff is without doubt one of the best that i have come across in my last trip to US. They are very courteous and helpful to say the least. Property right by the lake and has beach access. It's also very close to a lot of nice restaurants.
If you are looking to spend some relaxed time with your family around Lake Tahoe, look no further.

I really enjoyed this place! We didn't have a great view or anything, but the room nicely appointed, and we didn't lack a thing. Being able to cook and keep food cold was a huge money-saver. The price was fairly reasonable, too.

Made reservations on booking.com for a 1 night stay for 4 friends and booked the 2 bedroom townhouse with loft.
Checkin was smooth and fast. Locating the cabin not so much - signages need to be clearer.
The cabin itself was brilliant with all amenities and was very comfortable. The main issue was the heat control is on the first floor and the bulk of the heat flows into the ground floor. Those of us staying on the ground level were roasting while the friend in the loft was freezing!!
The pool by the beach was shut and getting into the hot tub next to it proved to be a task as our key cards wouldn't work for the same. Even a "special" pool/spa card from the front desk didn't work.
The included breakfast was minimal and could be better. All in all a great resort for a short getaway with friends! Would definitely stay here again

It was our favorite spot before our last stay, at the end of our stay we were charged $150 for "cleaning fee" because we did not wash the dishes and and vacuumed the floor...I thought that was not part of the stay! now they require cleaning the room before leaving something we were aware of.....
Thus if you are staying in the place, you'll have to leave clean otherwise you'll be charged...
