The hotel location is quite good but the hotel is old and quite dirty. That day I went was low season. It cost 1000b including buffet breakfast for 2. The next morning when we go for the breakfast, the breakfast was not buffet as the hotel is low occupancy. We was offer a plate of breakfast with 2 sunny side eggs, 2 hotdog and 2 ham.

This hotel is old, and there is not one piece of aged carpet or fabric without a stain. The bathroom felt dirty, as did most of the furniture. The bed seemed clean, but the sheets had holes. The pillows were lumpy and hard. Breakfast looked horrible.

Traveled with a group. Hotel has all the necessities, some what no frills. A bit dated, but for the price is just fine. If you want fancy you must pay more for decor. HOWEVER, location is good and beds were fine. Tub difficult to get into and out of and tile floors might be slippery.

Was booked by my local distributor to the hotel. The room is big , clean but Spartan. The room air con does not work well. Toilet n shower modestly equipped with just basics. Internet however works well during my stay except for it's irritating requirement to continuously log in the user name n password even though one has previously logged in.
Nothing to shout about here but if for a day or two transit visit, is okay. Reasonably close by to Lampang Central shopping mall, about 10 minutes walk.
Reasonably priced too.

Hotel in a time warp.. most likely the 1970s, judging from the furniture and fittings!
Creaky lift, liable to stop en route. Inside the room there was a bed, and dark brown wooden furniture. The small fridge was avocado green (1970s!) and the tv was a tiny old CRT that crackled. There was no room safe, so we locked up passports etc. in our luggage when we went out. I spotted a small cockroach on the floor, it ran out under the door. The bathroom was ok, bathtub with shower, and all the fittings were functional. Housekeeping was regular and there was a very strong smell of air freshner once the cleaner had been. The room was pretty depressing, but having said that, the bed was comfortable and I slept very well!
Breakfast is free, and best avoided! In fact, this hotel is best avoided!
