After travelling many times over the last years in Samui , the Baan Sawan villa is definitely the best family friendly villa with 5 stars accomodation and service. Its breathtaking seaviews from Bophut hills , its tropical garden and its peacefulness made our stay there memorable. The location is ideal , only a few minutes drive from the island action. Star , the villa manager , was perfect and eager to please anytime during our stay and the cherry on the cake is that she speaks english fluently which is something we had never encountered during our previous trips on the island. Thank you Star and Levy for your kindness ! We'll be back soon !

This is a wonderful villa Very peaceful in the hills above Koh Samui .Star the housekeeper is a true star ,breakfast prepared every morning really really helpful Nothing is too much trouble.No reason to leave the villa.Car is necessary ,cheaper to book it before arrival if needed for the whole week.
We had a car for 4 days very reasonable

We stayed at Baan Sawan for 5 nights with my family of three and another family of four. The house was well appointed with a beautiful view to match. Star, the house manager, and her husband, Levy, took care of our every need. We also requested for Star to prepare dinner for us. The dishes she prepared were divine and I thought she should teach cooking classes. Before our departure, I was already planning another visit. This is a vacation home that I could visit every year.

Our recent stay at Baan Sawan was outstanding. We had a special wedding ceremony involving local Buddhists monks. Star and Levi, the onsite caretaker/concierge/chefs, went above and beyond in making our day truly special. From arranging the services with the monks, handcrafting tropical bouquets from the garden, and creating a wonderful dinner for our small gathering, we couldn't have asked for more. The villa was truly magnificent. Located at the crest of the local mountain, the views were panoramic and unobstructed. The infinity pool was very large and excellent for cooling off and/or doing morning laps. The villa was well laid out with privacy for everyone, yet public spaces with easy access. Levi, thank you for the perfectly manicured yard. Gorgeous flowers and fauna. The owners were easily accessed via email/whatsapp. They were easygoing, and made the reservation process seamless. Thanks again for a wonderful stay. We highly recommend your villa.

We had a wonderful week at Baan Sawan over the Chinese New Year holiday with our family (of 4) and friends (family of 3). Star and Levy went out of their way to take care of us. Breakfast overlooking the pool and the garden every morning was such a treat. Dinners on the patio were even better. The views from the pool are out of this world. When we were out and about on excursions on Koh Samui and mentioned where we were staying, everyone knew Star and had such wonderful things to say about her. She was called the best villa manager on the island and I agree! Highly recommend.
