Once again a great place to stay in
Ahmad1791972on 20/11/2017 09:59This is not my first time in the Landmark Amman Hotel. I always come back due to the great service and the can do attitude of the staff. Great facilities. High hygiene levels. attention to details. a big thank you for all the staff and in particular Mizer who is always a big help and welcoming. I feel home in Landmark Amman Hotel.
Great conference facilities but rooms need a facelift
KyokoMillion 20/11/2017 00:20What amazing staff and facilities for a conference! Was pleasantly surprised! Perfectly located between a mall and downtown.
Bedrooms were poor quality which was a huge let down, bathroom looked disgusting albeit clean, curtains falling apart, lamps didn’t work!
We had some colleagues complaining of cockroaches who had a room change.
Apparently the VIP rooms are amazing but outside of that the other rooms are a stark contrast.
Restaurant was amazing, chefs magnificent and the bar on the terrace was worth the views! Would be 5 star had the rooms had a refurbishment!
Safe, friendly hotel for women
Judith Mon 08/11/2017 13:29Somewhat faded old-style hotel rooms, currently being renovated floor by floor.
Some noise from rooms with a connecting door in as yet un-renovated rooms (but this is common almost everywhere). Double glazing, so little city noise in room.
Staff exceptionally friendly, and appropriately so, towards women travelling on their own, and the hotel seems safe and secure.
Smoke-free lobby, restaurant, and some rooms (better than many restaurants in Amman). The management say there is not much demand for smoke-free rooms from (male) guests from the Middle East, so you need to ask.

Staff are very friendly specially tawfek at reception at night
They changed my room only because my TV was not working so good
I really loved the hotel and every single details and by z way food was v v v delicious

Be Son 06/11/2017 20:55Staff,place,room,services, food all are magnificiant..strict security.. It is in the middle of Amman.. Close to vital centers..good enogh space for paking.. Sweets are tasty.. Speciallu Omm Ali .. Enjoy
