The problem with the hotel is the inadequate training of its staff. For example, the people manning the reception did not hand over coupons for free wifi (the coupon is good for only one device; in any event, the wifi did not work!) nor did they offer any information about breakfast etc till it was sought for. The linen in the room was grayish and did not look fresh. A colleague demanded change of room - and it took an hour, even though room was available. Simply put, one did not feel welcomed and comfortable on arrival.
The room service and quality of fare was satisfactory though.

previously a part of the stadium and a centre for Hotel management now converted into a hotel. a reasonably priced property in the very heart of the city. there's a saloon attached to it. over all it's ok to stay if you are on a business trip.

I went their on a marriage invitation. The food was really awesome. Enjoyed the time spent there. Parking is an issue. The people engaged in the service need to be properly dressed and a bit of training is required.

Well maintained and spacious rooms with effective AC. Guwahati stadium is just 50 yards away and from the window of my room i could see the entire stadium nicely. Prompt and efficient room service .Staff is very courteous and polite.Overall a very satisfying experience.

Disappointed totally. Old and conjusted rooms. Broken bathroom and tempered walls. I don't know what they charge for!
Broken AC. Insects inside the room. Once a reputed hotel now worse then a normal hotel even
