Stayed for 2 nights and had a good time. The room was hot when we first went it but that was soon sorted out by opening the window and turning the heating off. Had off street parking out the front of the property and nice flowers. The bath room was a little on the small side and not enough places to put things. The breakfast was good but the boiled egg was a little small. Over all I would stay here again.

Langley bank is in a very nice area with pubs and restaurants a short walk away.
Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable with a huge, very comfortable bed, wifi good.
Breakfast was also very good.
We were heading to the races and our very kind hosts gave us a lift when we were unable to get a taxi.
That's what we call excellent service....

Nice character Guest house, nice room, lovely en suite and a good breakfast. We used it as overnight accommodation for a wedding but would happily stay here if spending some time in Ayr. My wife was impressed by the quality prints on the walls of the room and the dinning room.

This guest house is in a good area and the staff are friendly and chatty but I was disappointed in my room - it was old fashioned and could do with a make-over. The carpet was dirty at the edges and there was dust on the dressing table especially behind the television. The quilt was also marked. The shower however was extremely powerful. I just feel that the price that I was charged (£60) for an over night stay and without breakfast was steep and I did expect better value for money. Don't expect to do any business work as the wifi connection was abysmal to no-existent!!

Family room was very spacious! We have a family of 4 with a young daughter and a teen and we were very comfortable! The room was very clean! Beds were comfortable! The staff was very nice! We went out and enjoyed the area and came back to enjoy some downtime in our room without feeling cramped! Highly recommend!
