The hotel is not the newest in standard and the rooms could use some refurbishment, especially the bathroom where many tiles were broken.
The staff were however very friendly and the food for lunch and breakfast was very good.
Price was okay for a 3 star hotel.
Location is good if you are on business in Pinto area.

Reasonable hotel. Very handy for the motorway. Very helpful staff.
Clean, tidy, roomy. Very quiet. Breakfast included in price, which is unusual in Spain.
Can't find any fault....well worth the price.

We used this hotel as a Sunday night stop just south of Madrid on our way north to the ferry at Bilbao. To say it was quiet is an understatement, there were certainly more staff than guests so the atmosphere was somewhat lacking. However, the room was modern and clean and the meal in the restaurant was perfectly acceptable - altho' we were the only people in the place!

I stayed on this hotel for a business trip for 5 nights, overall the hotel is very good clean, modern rooms and I think has a spa (which was not available during my stay). Down side is the location as there is not a lot around Pinto, there are a couple of nice shopping centres quite new with plenty restaurant options, The town is about 15 miles from Madrid and by car takes about 20 minutes depending the traffic, if you don't have a car you need to take the bus then the train and possibly the metro after to get into Madrid.
The breakfast and the food was overall good, the only problem is that after 5 days you have gone through the whole menu so gets boring.
Overall I would recommend it if you have some business close to Pinto.

This hotel is terrific value for the money. It is located along the street leading into the center of the city of pink though. It's an easy walk to the park bearing the name of JuanCarlos, the first king of Spain.
The rooms are clean, modern and up to date. The free WiFi is functional, but not super fast. Front Desk staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and informal. It is mor like "welcome to my flat" then welcome to my hotel.
Breakfast is typical European, neither stunning nor disappointing. The evening options in the restaurant include simple options to please the kids and some sophisticated offerings for the grown ups.
All in all a very respectable value for money.
