Spacious suite, light and bright, with large balcony and impressive bathroom. Stayed for 5 nights in October and had a very relaxing experience.
Reception staff extremely helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the super swimming pools and the Spa.
Restaurant offers a wide selection of well presented foods to suit all tastes.
On main bus routes to Alcudia town and beautiful Puerto Pollensa.

Beautiful hotel in centrum, very clean, food was amazing, nice and good people. This hotel is very calm and really high standard!!!!!!!!!❤❤❤❤ 3 swimming pool wather was very clean amazing plants... like in paradise!!!

Gorgeous hotel. Beautiful serene decor. Food superb. Immaculate inside and out.
Highlighs for people who like to do their laps was the 4 laned training pool (25 meters), and the free form pool large and gorgeous too + indoor and outdoor infinity pools.
Only quibble, water EXTREMELY cold and I really wish the infinity pools were properly heated so one could relax properly.
Beautiful beach just short stroll across from hotel.
As others have commented, wish coffee was served at evening meal but am aware this not a Spanish tradition.
Would I return to Las Gaviotas?
Absolutely. Highly recommended.

Stayed here with my better half right at the end of the season and out of all the hotels over the world that I have stayed at this has been the best so far.
Check in was so pleasant with the girl telling us everything we needed to know about the hotel and it’s facilities.
We stayed in the suite rooms which was very spacious and although it was minimalistic it had everything you could need, only thing was was missing was sockets would be handy beside sofa in lounge area, the best was soft and extra pillows in the bedroom was always handy, the air con was really good and didn’t have a smell as I have seen on other reviews. The balcony was very big and looked straight onto the more adult swimming pool, didn’t visit the other pool due to time of year but there was a pool bar which I could imagine to be great during the summer months. The spa was amazing and although it would be good to be open from early risers it was still really good and the sauna with separate steam room came in handy.
The food was great and there was a fantastic selection and the champagne was definitely a bonus for feeling a little more classy.
If I was to return to the island it’s a no brainer, would definitely stay here again.

This hotel has many positive elements:
- efficient and kind service team
- 2 large and pleasant swimming pools
- good buffet meals with a variety of choices
- great location on Playa de Muro
The very negative point is the building itself, with rooms which are barely acceptable for a 2* hotel:
- fusty smell in the room, which becomes unbearable when air conditioning is on (we asked to change room to reduce this smell and did not use air conditioning)
- small rooms, which appear pleasant and design on a website, but where every piece of furniture and equipment is clearly lowest possible cost
- once during the week, presence of a roach in the room !
In short, we moderately appreciated our stay and do not recommend this hotel despite of its positive features.
