Stayed in a double room for 4 nights. Clean and tidy rooms. Good sized room with a mini kitchen including fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster. Quiet location and a 10 minute walk to St Stephens Green. Good selection of supermarkets and eateries nearby. Good wifi. Would definitely stay again.

The location is about a 10-minute walk to St Stephen's Square, and much quieter than areas closer to the city centre. My room was small but clean and had everything I needed. The staff was very nice. And the price was reasonable (lodging in Dublin can be crazy expensive). Several good restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

Clean rooms, daily cleaned. Standard room, tv, frigde, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine. Bed was good. Toilet clean, nothing to complain about. In evenings little noise from next door(pub?) some singing etc, but not very late, did not bother me.

Having been here many times way back, we were lucky to get one of the serviced apartments (there are smaller studio units too), at so late a call - AT all . . .
Though we could have been better serviced by a slightly more spacious bedroom area of the apartment (though to be fair too, as a constructive criticism, we feel too much is squeezed into this particular one for its size), they had all been reserved. The firstly appearingly oversized king-size bed made up for it / changed our minds??? - we prefer apartments + travel quite a bit - this was the most comfortable sleep EVER.
The dining / lounge / kitchen area (closed off away from the sleeping quarters), "makes" the rentals in this charming town house. . . SO very central to our needs, lovely setting, and lovely staff.
We will certainly be back - the cozy stay reigniting our love for this beautiful city.

We booked for 2 nights. Upon arrival we found we were staying in a room in a small building in the back of the parking lot. The Annex. Very outdated and ugly but at least clean. The off street parking lot is locked with no in or out between 9PM and 9 AM unless you have the code. No one told us. I was lucky enough to realize this on night one. If not we would have missed out 8AM flight the next day.
