I’m here with my friends we go home today, when we checked in we was welcomed by a lovely English lady at the reception very helpful the apartment is very clean and everything u need is provided, the beds are little firm but not a big issue, the apartment is right at the side of muggers ally just avoid at night, as it’s a lot cooler in November it didn’t feel like we was catching any sun so me and my friend sunbathed on the balcony it’s a suntrap floor 16 and the balcony is huge. The WiFi is reasonably affordable and I didn’t have any problems with it, and as for people complaining about the €50 deposit on arrival it states on the website and people complaining of basic??? Sorry but what do you expect you get what you pay for and we have no problems with it, this is my second time at this apartment and il be returning again.

had a great time staying in these apartments,Stayed as a group of 4 lads the rooms are basic and staying in the lounge was a squash but that's what you pay for. I have to say the staff where excellent from start to finish very helpful even when trying to find our room on the first night after one to many beers!! The english lady that works there is a life saver i dropped my phone in a taxi on the way to the airport she rang the taxi firm they dropped it off at the hotel she paid with her own money and a friend went and picked it up so I have to say a massive thanks to her just gutted i didn't get her name so i could thank her personally. Overall a basic apartment but has everything you need with exceptional staff.

13 of us ladies on a 60th birthday. We were all on the same floor 4 rooms in all. There was 4 of us in our room and I would say a bit of a squash for the 2 ladies in the lounge area |Bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space .. Kitchen well equipped and spotlessly clean. Nice big balcony with table and 4 chairs. a 10 mins walk down hill to the square and beach . We did not use pool and the lifts were not a problem Reception was so helpful and helped us book a special birthday meal for us all . Would stay there again.

We had a pleasant stay at the apartments. We would go again as a couple, but not with younger children as a long way from the beach. Very clean and well kept. Costs of certain extras were a little extravagant. The corridors were very windy and made an eerie noise at night. The cocckerels across the road a little annoying in the morning

The rooms are dated and very basic, but they are clean, I guess you get what you pay for and these apartments are very cheap. We were recommended here from people we had met before in Benidorm they stay there 5/6 times a year and love it. Unfortunately this place was really not for us, that said if you just want a base to lay your head I guess they are ok, but if your wanting a bit of comfort look elsewhere.
