The hotel is nicely located and that is a reason why I am ignoring the flaws of the hotel. The property is getting old so some renovation is definitely required. Amenities and room service can be called okay. Food quality can be improved but considering the proximity of mall road, you can have better food at mall road and reach back to hotel.

Lovely hotel with excellent service.staff is very friendly. overall we had a good experience.It is one of the best place to stay in Manali..Infrastructure is really good.Rooms are spacious.The hotel is beautifully designed and well maintained.

Absolutely Nightmare!
We went to have a good vacation in summer with a pre-paid booking, only to see that our rooms have been allotted to someone else. We asked for refund, which was promptly refused by the manager. We were asked to continue our stay after few days or in room in their adjoining under construction building, which had poor service and no WiFi. Since we had already paid we choose the second option.
But our horrors had just begun, next day we went for sight visit and on our return. Our rooms were issued to some one else and this time manager had called all the staff which started intimidating us. Seeing such unruly crowd we left the hotel without our refund.
We left contemplating why such a hotel has received such good reviews on TripAdvisor, which was a key factor in selecting this overpriced place.
Note: We found several much better accommodations in Manali, old and new at half the price we paid.

This is a good hotel and in budget.I am giving 5 out of 5 in terms of services ,guest relation etc. Staff also helpful.In short best place to stay in manali. They have all arrangements for
Site seeing ,taxi, food,disco and river view also awesome . Thanks a lot le grand hotel to make by happy and jouful journey.

A peaceful place to stay.The staff is sincere & hardworking.They are prompt in their services & very polite.The rooms are clean,huge & have an awesome view of the mountains.The owner Mr.Krishna Gupta was very accommodating & looked after every minute detail.The food is great & a special mention to the yummy Chinese!!Thank you to the chef.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO STAY HERE.
