Very bad service, bad food, small and not nice rooms. We were there for the Dolomiti Superbike MTB Marathon as 99% of hotel customers and we needed to have breakfast at max 6:30am but staff was not available to anticipate it so we couldn't have breakfast in the hotel. There are so many nice hotel in the area, definitely avoid this one!

Great hotel, nice staff, beautiful views and location, comfortable rooms, quiet, relaxing atmosphere. They have well equipped wellness centre, with 3 saunas and 3 steam rooms. At 4pm tea, coffee and biscuits are served in a bar. There are two disadvantages - breakfast could be a little bit more varied, with more healthy options (although everything was very tasty as it was) and someone should keep an eye on a naturist zone in wellness centre as people come and sit there with clothes on (despite signs in every possible place). Also, people can peek into the naturist zone from the outside.

the description of the hotel in booking was great: Spa, Wellness, renovated rooms, wooden floor, spendid breakfast buffet. Well expectations have been high but haven't been met in any way:
- my room was old, not renovated for at least 20 years and with carpet
- same goes for the bathroom
- the wellness area was new, that's true. However paying €1,50 and €5 (paying, not deposit) for towel and bathrobe - not standard for a "Spa & Wellness" Hotel
- wellness area is good, with 2 steam baths (only one was working), 1 wooden sauna and 1 stone saune - similar to a roman Tepidarium, however for a Tepidarium it was much to hot (nearly burned myself).
- A lot of things didn't work in the wellness area or was not switched on, for example the water fountain.
- the massage was not very professional, well it turned out the masseuse is also doing house keeping
- Breakfast buffet: standard, but not splendid. Very limited choices of bread, jam, cheese, meat of fish.

The Koflerhof is a lovely hotel and is well located within the fabulous region of the Sud Tirol. The facilities within the hotel are all superb and the staff friendly and very helpful. In particular the Wellness Centre is well thought out and really helps after a hard days skiing. Even the humble ski room is well appointed for its purpose. The half board package is good value and the food is really very good. We certainly enjoyed our stay and for me the acid test is always would I visit again and in this case the answer is most definitely 'yes I would'.

We stayed for 10 days in the sommer og 2013. Koflerhof is a reasonably priced, clean, spacious hotel. The wellness is litterally superb with 3 saunas and 3 steambaths also a nice pool.
Dining is good with a typical italian "routine" of antipasti, primi, secondi and dolce. The food beeing a mix of typical North italian anf Austrian dishes. Frienldy and helpfull staff.
