This property sports 4 stars, yet there is no one to help with luggage or parking. The wifi is restricted to two instruments per room and most of the time is weak or intermittent. Staff is not particularly friendly. Rooms are OK, but bathroom amenities are the poorest I have seen in France. At approximately $200 per day, this is not worth the money.
Unless you wish to stay near the Orangerie Park, there is no sense in staying there, as it is far from the center of town.

This hotel is very old and rather poorly kept. It's okay in a pinch but I won't want to have a long stay here. The room I had smelled so strongly of smoke that I almost had to complain (and I smoke). There was a kitchenette which I didn't use. The bed was acceptable but just. The breakfast area in the lobby is very small so they offer to bring you breakfast in your room. The buffet is ok as it is free. I looked in but didn't bother with it. A cab ride into petite france is only about 6 or 7 euro. You can walk it but it's not a beautiful walk and would take a good 30 minutes.

Very good hotel at the suburbs of Strasbourg.Located in a quiet neighbourhood.The rooms are spacious but need some renovation.The breakfast could be improved while the room which is served is small.Free parking outside.City centre easily accesible with public transport.Fair price.Recommended.

The Residence Jean Sebastien Bach apartments in Strasbourg are apartments good enough for long stays. What makes the difference is mr Marwan, the dedicated, hard working, always pleasant person in charge who never seems to be away.
Tha location is the best for professionals having meetings at the Council of Europe or the Court as its a 12-15 minute work through the wonderful Orangerie park.

I cant falt this hotel. It was a lovely room that was very comfortable, was just what we needed to relax after a day on the road bit out of town but a is a relatively short trip on the train. Into the center. Would definitely stay here again
