we had iftar buffet really its was amazing food and service , special thanks to MS.WINALINE CUEVA , receive a warm welcome ,and services staff ( PRASHANTH) always round us ...helpful to bring food ... thanks to all team ...we will come back again....

We booked a group of 9 to attend the Le Meridian Iftar at the Latest Recipe last Thursday and I can honestly say that despite a large number of customers in attendance, the food was superb, the service matched this and the value for money was excellent and there was plenty to go around, so no need to get your elbows out to get your favourite dish. With the offer of 3 for the price of 2, it makes sense to gather a group to enjoy the experience.

We had a few days break here & loved every minute. The location is great, just a couple minutes walk from Abu Dhabi mall. The beach at the hotel is clean, quiet & has plenty of sunbeds available. The main pool is shut for maintenance so we couldn't use it but the pool area looks beautiful & I imagine it would be perfect to relax there on a lazy day. There is a decent selection of restaurants in the little village area as well as a pub so its very easy to find somewhere to eat here. Breakfast was served in the Latest Recipe restaurant & was buffet style with a really wide variety of foods. We were especially impressed by a waiter called Olabisi Oyebanji who goes out of his way to ensure you have all you could wish for at breakfast. He is always smiling & friendly & a credit to this hotel. We found all of the staff to be welcoming & professional. Our room was clean & spacious with really comfortable beds. We did find the room slightly dark & out dated but it served its purpose just fine. We hope to return.

Wonderful staff, specially Thanks Mr. Chandrakant Machiger (Assistant Front Office Manager) how is make always our stay wonderful.
The ambiance around the hotel was nice, the beach, swimming pool and so many restaurant you can choose.

Hotels for me is all about good customer service, which Le Meridien do not have!
I purchased a day pass voucher, which when I called I discovered that they do not accepted during this Month (Ramadan).
Very disappointed as nothing was mentioned on it when I bought it.
Therefore I asked them to offer an alternative,
They said you can contact Groupon ( Where I purchased the voucher from) in order to refund it or I can use it after this month ( what kind of alternative is that!).
Anyway the whole experience was bad before even I step in to the hotel.
And now I need to have the hassle of following up with my refund because of their weak customer service and Marketing where they do not plan ahead before releasing a promotion.
