Visited many hotels. Stayed in uncountable hotels but this hotel made me open my diary to write about the experiences I had.
So comfortable rooms. Huge pool. Lovely back water view. Free drinks in club lounge. Melwin made me feel very comfortable. Such a awesome hotel I just feel regret to go back to my own house. Swimee from the desk and her hospitality... I can't add in words. It's just next level.. Your staff that makes this hotel 5'star not product. Hope to come back again.

I stayed in the Le Meridien hotel, Maradu, Kochi, Kerala, India, from 13th to 19th of November 2017, during my visit to Kochi to attend a Medical Conference. During my stay there, I found that the ambience was maintained clean, the reception was good, rooms and services were good, and the food was tasty.
The outstanding feature that I noticed was that the staff at the reception and other places were extremely courteous.
However, the charges levied at the travel desk were on the higher side, I feel.

We decided to spend our first day in India after our very long trip at Le Meridien to relax and rest. We had a great stay, rooms are very clean and the hotel is well maintained. The service was excellent and people were always making sure we were having a good time (special thanks to Maria!). We would definitely come back!

Stay in number 20on any floor for fantastic view of the pool and backwaters. This hotel is luxurious, as expected from a 5 star hotel. But all 5 stars in Cochin are not created equal. This one is THE ONE where you want to stay! The staff is very friendly, everything is beautiful and immaculate. This is the third time we stayed in this hotel, would like to start with a vote of appreciation to the management of le meridian kochi for having a tie up with wonderful company heart to heart which employ specially abled people,me and my husband liked one gentleman Mr. Sourav Adhikari,very good person with good humor,taken care throughout our stay,really like to appreciate him for his work,food is wonderful, plenty of choice,good service,choices includes multicuisine food of good taste,staffs are very helpful, friendly and enthusiastic of "embre restaurant"..the room was quite spacious and with all the luxury amenities which you expect from hotel like this..The pool/garden area adjoing the backwater is covered with lush green lawns and trees adding to the delightful resort experience..There are so many amenities offered in this hotel, it is impossible to list them all but I'm sure if you have a request,they'll meet it...very highly recommend...
