My wife and mother in law spent a weekend in Philly during a special weekend for both of them. The customer service they received was spectacular. They were offered a complimentary upgrade to a suite by the front desk manager, Katie, who looked after them all throughout their stay. They were offered great recommendations for meals, were treated like royalty. Their suite was immaculate and spectacular. The property itself is classy and stunning at the same time. Way to go!

From the second I walked in I felt like a VIP. Our rooms were not ready but they were so nice and accommodating with holding our luggage. I got a beautiful room and it was extremely comfortable. The bar was nice and the bartender was very friendly. The overnight manager was a sweetheart and very friendly. The gym i small but great machines. The head manager Katie McLaughlin is amazing. She takes care of her customers like no other manager I have ever met. Thank you

Great location at the center of philly. My room was very comfortable for business travel with a convenient layout. Very friendly hotel staff who sought to ensure I had a great stay. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay, we were moved up to a mini suite which worked out great. We were there for a family wedding and entertained in our room. The bed was extremely comfortable sheets smelled clean. Didn’t need to touch the thermostat temperature was perfect the entire time. We had an inside room that looked out to the old structure which was better than it sounds. Our hosts supplied us with breakfast which was served in the “library “ that faced City Gall and William Penn a great view and delicious breakfast.
Lobby was small with a small bar, friendly staff and valet parking was a little expensive but that was expected in a center city environment. Valet staff was helpful since I left my tie in the car and they retrieved it. Thanks guys.

Where to start: (1) no doorman help with luggage; (2) confused check-in; (3) improperly installed new TV which was replaced at 9:15 PM for half hour in room: (4) never received email receipt; (4) expensive - $345 plus tax; (5) poor service at breakfast - left without ordering; (5) poorly maintained bathroom; (6) strange set up on 5th floor, walk through conference dining area to get to room. At least the bed was comfortable.
I am a premier SPG member and am typically happy with SPG hotels, and travel to Philadelphia at least 2 to 3 times a year. Will never stay here again.
