Was really worrying after some of the reviews but there was nothing in fact to worry about guy called David checked us in couldn't of been more friendly, luckily we had a executive room it had been refurbished and was huge with everything you needed in there on top floor with great views
Executive lounge was great plenty of food and drinks on offer and wine beer etc from 5 30 till 7 30 , young guy and girl working in there there were so friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be looking after us .
Breakfast was in a lovely setting and lots of choice healthy options etc
Goes without saying that this hotel is in an amazing location .

I stayed here with four friends for a long weekend. We couldn’t have rated the place higher. The location is perfect and the staff are so friendly and warm. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They’re constantly smiling and asking if we needed anything. They gave great restaurant recommendations and even helped us get an earlier reservation than we had booked ourselves. My friends and I loved the smell in the lobby. We’d love to buy that scent!
Book this place, you won’t regret it.
The rooms are bright and airy. The toiletries are top class, the shower is powerful. The breakfast was really nice, the only negative was that the breakfast coffee wasn’t as strong as we would have liked-but that is a personal preference.
Thank you Le Meridien, I will be back. I will bring my family next time.

I stayed 2 nights at Le Meridien Piccadilly and found that the location very convenient as it is walking distance to many tourist areas, including shopping, theaters, the underground and major bus stops. But at night, the area is crowded. The lobby of the hotel is large and the front desk people are well trained in providing excellent customer service.
Unfortunately, my room was one of the non-renovated ones but it is still adequate. I have stayed in other hotels in the area and the rooms at Le Meridien Piccadilly is much smaller so there aren’t much space for simple things like storage.
Due to the small size of the room, the layout of furniture is very tight and the TV is placed in way that is not optimum for viewing by 2 people while sitting on different beds. The beds are comfortable but the pillows had absolutely no firmness.
The bathroom is also very small and the shower mechanism is tricky to operate but toiletries are excellent.
One thing that the room is missing is an alarm clock. Even though you could use your smartphone as an alarm, it is not convenient especially considering the high price for the room, it should be a standard item.
I would stay at Le Meridien Piccadilly again.

We stayed at the Le Meridien Piccadilly due to its great location as it is right beside the Piccadilly Line Tube station that you can take directly from Heathrow and dead in the centre of London from where you can walk almost anywhere. The check-in was good although I am Starwood Gold member and I was not informed of a Club Lounge I could use although I gather there is one on the property. Our room was okay but rather outdated. We were spoiled as we had just left the Adlon Kempinski in Berlin and it was outstanding and I'm afraid the Meridien was not able to compete at all. The plumbing in the very dated bathroom was poor. The sink took forever to drain even after totally removing the stopper and the flushing of the toilet was only okay. Great shower pressure, though. The bed was very comfortable for sleeping. The concierge must get a percentage of bills on where he sends people as the restaurants and services he recommended to us were all at the very high end. Another quibble was breakfast. It was not included and when we chose to eat at the restaurant, the buffet was quite meagre and not up to what we experienced elsewhere in Europe. The hotel was okay and we might stay there again, but only due to the location.

I had seen mixed reviews on TripAdvisor, so booked here with mixed feelings. The location was the sealer. Our room was large, quiet (faced some sort of side alley), & we found the staff to be very helpful. There is room for improvement - it is an old building converted for purpose, but we were very happy we stayewd here.
