When I arrived at noon, the room was not ready yet. I was offered to upgrade to the bigger room for 25Euro and could check in right away. So I took the offer.
The room is nice though I don’t like that there are 4-5 step stairs after go out from the elevator. It is not convenience for Baby car and luggage. There is kettle and coffee. TV screen is clear and sharp with many channel in English.
I don’t like the shower a bit. It’s quite confusing. You can choose to high shower (but it’s too high) or two low shower (kinda massage shower which is too low).
The breakfast has many varieties and quality of food is premium. You can enjoy good big breakfast here.

The hotel has a prime location at the heart of vienna. Its within close proximity to all the tourist attractions but still keeps good distance from the busy streets of the old town.
The room we had (studio with teracce) was comfortable with all the essential amenities and the teracce was the a real treat after a long day of walking.
The staff were both professional and charming and attended every request with speed.
It seems that the hotel is great for business trips as well as for vacations. We would highly recommend it as a great option while visiting vienna.

Le Meridien, Wien
From CAT (City Airport Train) station, we took a taxi to reach this beautiful hotel which was the best stay in our 10 days Europe trip!
Hospitality: Right from the moment we stepped in, the hotel made sure we enjoy Austrian hospitality. While they arranged our room, we went to have lunch close by . The numbering of rooms is a bit tricky ; we had difficulty in finding our room when we returned; however a staff came to help and explained ! The SPG lounge was excellent . Spacious room, modern toilet and a quiet corridor.
Breakfast was very good.
I want to specially appreciate Andras for his excellent service in ... well practically wherever you go he is there to assist you - be it the front office/ room service/ luggage / concierge.
Location : just walk a few meters, everything a tourist wants lay before. The opera and Big bus stops. Tram stations to go anywhere you want. Stephensplatz - the heart of Vienna - 10 minutes walk. All the museums, the Palace are close by.
If I go to Vienna again, Le Meridien , Wien will be my address!

First and most important... great location. I would say this would be the #1 reason to select this hotel. Easy access to the metro and walking distance to so many sites and eateries. Loved that aspect. And... the staff was amazing. Staff makes the difference in any stay.
Room is a nice size and they offer nice amenities. The bathroom is large, BUT the wall is only frosted glass and hides nothing. You have zero privacy should you desire it, that's why you need to be comfortable with your travel partner. Something people may want to be aware of.

The hotel is truly In the heart of the city, next to a parking lot with very well equipped spacious rooms. I loved the breakfast but the size of the bath room took my heart at the end. Very much recommended!
