Everything is very clean and the Location a little bit outside of Cardedu is exactly what we wanted (to relax). You can get to a beautiful beach in less than 10 minutes via car (which is definetly needed). The Best Part about this hotel is the Service. We had to leave at 4 am and we got a really huge breakfast Box for our flight back home. Thank you so much for a beautiful vaccation. A special thanks to Emanuela (Please forgive me if I miss Spelled your Name). You cared So much about us and we always felt very comfortable.

great hotel. The rooms with landscape view are probably more better than the others but they are also very good. Try to catch one of those if you´re plan to go there. Generally, the staff and the atmosphere is heartwarming nice and friendly. Personally, I didn´t enjoy the bed too much.
All in all, I really recommend this great place!
(for internetfreaks, the wifi is existing but not incredibly fast, but the island is too beautiful to spend your time on the phone...)
All that you want

On the sum of all the impressions that was the best of the seven hotels on the island. If you are willing to spend 200 euros per room per night and you can buy a hotel right on the beach, this option is not for you. But if you have a car or ready to take a bike is a great deal. Large balcony overlooks the green valley where sheep graze freely. There are all you need in the room, and the air conditioning is quiet, and the furniture is made of wood (no plastic). All other belongings in the room and each come in perfect condition: nothing broken, everything works fine. Alas, for breakfast you will not get champagne (as it was at the Mercury Hotel in Olbia), but ham, sweets, yogurt and, of course, coffee will be of an excellent quality. The hosts are very friendly. It seemed to us that they are living just next door to the hotel (in the neighboring villa).
It is a pity that we spent only three days there, and the first one we lived in a regular room with no balcony. I advise you to pay a little more and ask a room with a balcony. And you do not be sorry.
Very clean and well run hotel

We stayed at this hotel with my family for 4 nights. It was great value for money! The hotel was very clean and well managed. The staff were welcoming, happy and helpful. The hotel restaurant was delicious; very good value for money. We ate there every evening and I would definitely recommend it. They offered typical italian food and dishes; oven stove pizza, pasta, fish, meat etc. The hotel terrace where the restaurant is and where you eat breakfast every morning offers a stunning view on the landscape surrounding the hotel. The hotel is 10 minutes by car away from the beach. A car is definitely needed if you are staying at this hotel to get around.
Hotel S'Olia - Sun, Sea & Spotless!

Great value for money! The S'Olia hotel was a nightmare to find following Google's directions we took with us. The hotel is not located in Cardedu but about 2km behind it, nestled at the base of a mountain: travel for 1km, past the 90 degree right hand bend, cross the long, straight bridge and keep going until you find the mini roundabout then turn right and continue for another 1km or so. The hotel entrance is to your left and is a grand, sweeping drive that brings you to the vast parking area in front of the hotel. In the blistering heat, the cool foyer of the reception area was a relief. When we visited, out of season, the hotel was virtually unoccupied by other guests and so it was quiet and spotlessly clean. We occupied a front, upstairs, terraced room with beautiful views of the mountains beyond Cardedu. The room was comfortable, clean and with onsuite toilet facilities that gleamed like they'd never been used! The buffet breakfast that we partook on the downstairs veranda was varied, tasty and nutritional. Staff were pleasant and professional, helpful and accommodating. The virtually-unoccupied beaches were too far to walk (for me at least) but a short distance in a car and were beautiful, sandy and clean. If you're touring Sardinia as did we, then this a well-recommended stop-off!
