We booked two nights at this hotel because of its high guest rating. Unfortunately, the first problem was with the reception staff, one of them told us that there is no available parking space for our car. Therefore, my father asked him to cancel the booking and refund. Once he said "cancel", they found a space for the car!! Their parking was really rubbish, very tight and dirty.
After we entered the room, we started to use the bathroom. It was really disgusting, dirty water comes from the bathroom tap which is unusable! After attempts to solve this problem, they changed the room.
Although the room was non-smoking, the smoke smell was very strong and nasty. They can't control smokers!
Their breakfast .. OMG!! It was the worst hotel breakfast buffet I have ever seen. Everything is unhealthy and very oily, they added too much oil even to their foul (they must put the oil only for those who want) . The food taste was bad and re-heated. No salads, no enough fresh vegetables, just tomatoes, cucumbers and green chilies, no fresh fruits and no coffee machine. They have only few options for vegans and all of them are unhealthy. It's not worth to pay for their breakfast. Also, their Wi-Fi speed was very slow, I used my mobile data all the time. Staying at this hotel was a bad decision.

Stayed here for nights on umrah trip with a group tour. The room is ok, but we get a twin bed room with extra bed for 3 pax, so it's a bit cramped but still quite comfortable. Restaurant quite packed during meal times since there were lots of big groups staying, but there were always enough food. Location is great, just a few minutes walk to gate 26 Masjid Nabawi which is close to the women's entrance, so very convenient for women travellers. Lots of local food and shops nearby, and easy to find taxis. The staffs are helpful and quick to respond to our requests. Would be glad to stay here again, especially considering the budget-friendly rate.

The Cons: Rooms were too small easily got bumped and bruised getting from one side of bed to another. Maybe having smaller TV cabinet, desk and chairs might be a good thing.
The room we were given gave us a shock when we entered the room, whole room smell liked cigarettes smoke. There should be better control on guest staying here as it is supposed to be smoke free, plus I am asthmatic but the reception quickly replaced me with another room on different a floor.
Breakfast choice were limited but ok.

Stayed in first week of May, part of a group tour.
Location: 2 blocks from haram area, takes about 5-8min to reach masjid. You will need to cross 2 roads before you reach the plaza.
Room: ok, not five star but 3 star. Very cramped, no space to put luggage. 2 bottles of free water daily, tea/coffee making facilities in room.
Breakfast: ok, has live egg station.
Overall ok. As long you are ok stay 2 blocks away from masjid, you will get this 3 star hotel with reasonable rate. Places nearer to masjid will cost you at least twice as much.
Will stay here again? Sure, if on budget.

Staying here for 2 nights during umroh with my family. The location is great, only 2 blocks from the holy Nabawi. The food is good enough with a lot of Indonesian menu and very wide buffet time. We can still have dinner until 10.30 pm after Isya. It's just disappointing when they provide 3 beds for 5 of us (twin with only 1 extra bed).
