We booked a room here and was quoted a rate of $119. When we arrived and checked in (after traveling for 8 hours) we were told the rate would be $171. When asked why, the representative behind the counter said there was a concert in town for the night and management just decided to raise the rates. So that night cost us an extra and unexpected $55 (roughly 46% increase) plus we had loud concert noise and confusion literally right out of our room window until about midnight. I tried unsuccessfully to appeal the increased room rate. Patron beware!!! We have since learned there are a number of quality hotels in the immediate area. We will be staying at one of them in the future.

I checked out and left a couple items in the room. I realized two hours later that I left those items in the room. I immediately called the hotel, the room had already been cleaned, and there was nothing in the room. I requested to talk to the manager, and two days later he finally returned my call.

The girl at the desk was so friendly and welcoming and had a great suggestion of where to eat. In the morning, the breakfast was great and the lady working it was also so very welcoming.
The room was spacious and very clean.
I was traveling thru and stayed for one night...i travel a lot but don't post reviews on hotels, this one though, I felt compelled to give a great review...i will definitely choose this one again if staying over here again!!!

The staff at the Holiday Inn Express was very professional and easy to work with They made our overnight stay with a large group (38 rooms) very pleasant and enjoyable. I definitely recommend them if you need rooms for a large group.

We stopped in Pelham to have dinner at Nino's en route to Florida. It was late and we were tired so we decided to stay in Pelham. We had a great experience. The front desk lady in duty was very friendly even though they were at capacity and the rooms were clean.
