I stayed in the hotel for over night only, hotel is perfectly placed in terms of location and 4 star category. Buffet for both lunch and dinner was rich in taste and variety. Only flaw was having common door in btw two rooms and you are hearing voices of TV and people talking which is disappointing.

Been to this hotel for first time and stayed there for 6 N/7 D. Enjoyed the stay in a calm place with wonderful lemony smell all around. Food here is really wonderful with equally wonderful chef Mr. Lakhan, Ms. Sumitra and team. Thanks for the wonderful service.

Most of my travel i refrain writing reviews as it doesn't matter except few managers and management take it appropriate. Good things happen when you are stranded and desperate looking for quality service in Hospitality in Ahmedabad. I visit monthly once or twice in Ahmedabad and i end up paying INR.5,000/- plus for stay and not happy with services. Accidentally i booked at special "rate of the day" at Lemon tree premier The Atrium in August 2017 and no looking back for alternative hotels in Ahmedabad.
This is not a budget hotel, so don't look for best facilities with budget mind set. Trust me you will be happy on money spend. Tariff changes as per rate of the day and you can always verify the rates from their website. it may range from INR.6,500/- and above (i may be wrong, check with Hotel)
My visit became addictive every time i come Ahmedabad because of not the hotel building, it's because of the team at the Lemon tree premier The Atrium. Lovely hotel with friendly team and each time when you come they make you smile. Trust me it's not a fake smile of standard hospitality from team. When they are busy, yes they are busy in reception counter and in restaurant but you will not be ignored, it's ok some time to wait as they attend other first time guests and they look at us with a smile just a signal that we will be taken care.
Citrus is the multi cuisine coffee shop available 24 hours and room package breakfast inclusive. Good spread for the value of Tariff complimentary breakfast. Serving fresh juice, variety of fresh fruits and juices and salad. Gujarati breakfast, North Indian breakfast and South Indian breakfast. No vegetarian lovers too have option for eggs to order, cold platter and lamb pepperoni and yes also the cheese board is there for all cheese lovers. me too :) Service team are fabulous (it doesn't matter they serve left side or right side) but with a smile VIKAS will ensure anything in request is attended ans meticulous he ensures my black coffee is served first. ANIL always looks for details when you go to the buffet counter or what i am eating and what i need next. SAMIM will ensure anything repeat order required. lady team members JAYA and DIPIN. And finally you must meet MUZAFAR, he can't speak, hear he has a attitude to understand by reading your lips. Chef LAKHAN will be available as the Officer on Duty :) at all times in breakfast and duty, you must try his special item made by Chef ALAM, and also Chicken Tikka Kati roll made with ghee and wheat flour wrap, amazing. I have loaded full photos to tickle your taste buds. Ask Executive Chef ARIF, anything you need home style or early morning packed breakfast.
Their chauffer team does good Airport pickup and drop and ask them any details about the old Town they are like information Google :)
Front team the one person who wins your heart is KAMALESH, he can't speak or hear but he is master in lip reading and our basic sign hand gesture. He is member but he will escort to your room and what a way amazing he explains on room check in, toilet Amenities a/c, mini bar and finally he will take you to the telephone and point out finger to press button to connect front desk "call for me" and finally he will give a big THUMPS UP :) i have met JAYDATT and SANGEETA many times along with AMAN in reception and you have a new generation leader with cute and handsome pony tail VIJAY, yes i mean it its every one in his team they love him, not once i was said no (usually i am not used to get everything YES in all hotel) He helped me to book total 12 nights by Lemon tree smiles program in their another property. Always ensure we are comfortable. Housekeeping BOLD lady on they floor is JULI she follows up and ensures done on any special requests.
Must to use facility SWIMMING POOL AND GYM, you will be amazed at see the luxury style indoor Swimming pool with European architecture. Simply wow. But the water is not heated. Since it's in door we can use it.
And finally i have loaded as many as much photos which i have collected in from September till November. All the credit goes to their manager AJIT i have met him couple of times in lobby during my check out. Nice to meet him and have always seen him keen to ask feedback. I just smile.
Few suggestions from heart, the Security team must also be trained to carry the smile when we enter and depart. Housekeeping need some more cleaning in public area toilet. Drivers accommodation need a major improvement and can't be in the dungeon, we end up paying Accommodation out side by side. And most importantly i am surprised to see the Premier hotel not having SPA as a facility for the Premier standard. I have requested numerous times to have, it will help us to relax.

It's a beautiful property and a it has a feel good factor . If you want to pamper yourself you must stay in this property. This is a image changing property of lemon tree . Staff is amazing !!!loved it

I stayed in this hotel for 6 times. Every time it is good experience. I am overwhelmed by Mr. Vijay Yadav's & Mr. Himanshu Kalonia's hospitality. They offered me good room in hotel. Vikas Bhore (good boy), Dipna(witty & sincere), Pratikcha, Sumitra(charming girl), Hemchand(humble guy), Jaya is a good team in restaurant. Driver Bharat is new guy but genuine person. Driver Feroze is good man. Shyam from restaurant is silent performer. Front desk Chaman, Rahul, Jaydutt & Gym trainer Kumar Shah are wonderful. We feel like at home. Food quality is good. Would love to stay here in future visits.
