You get what you pay for I suppose
Steve Fon 07/11/2017 18:16A group of us come here once a year at the same time every year and use the Leonardo as it is convenient for the station. Unfortunately, over the last 3 years the place has looked more and more tired on each visit.
We can usually find something wrong with the room (aside from the noise from the street). This year the basin in the bathroom was badly cracked (fortunately it didn't leak), the plug was missing and the water drained very, very slowly from the sink. I found a cleaner and asked him about a plug. His response was to give me one from the room he was cleaning, so no doubt some other poor begger had to go chasing round for a plug later.
This was not the end of the saga, as the plug was the type that should have been lifted by a lever, however this did not work so we had to spend 5 minutes each time we emptied the basin trying to lever the plug out with something sharp.
The only good thing to say about the place is that the price is reasonable for what it is, but I think we will be looking elsewhere next year.

Great location, noisy and tired room
James Hon 27/10/2017 09:22Stayed two nights on Business, had a room on the first floor, both nights I was woken by noise from outside and inside the Hotel. Poor lighting, stained floors, no wardrobe space and shower fell apart while using it. Great location however.

Chris Ton 22/10/2017 12:49Superb location for those arriving by train. Great staff who were really friendly and loved to help. Breakfast could be more extensive but was sufficient. Rooms are clean and comfortable if not the most spectacular hotel you will ever stay in. Overall great value for money.
Can’t argue with the location
D.M. don 21/10/2017 20:01Perfect location near the Antwerp Central. The rooms however good be better for the price. We had a room on the side of a bar area where it was noisy. We couldn’t however close the windows nice the air-conditioning wasn’t working. Admittedly this could be a temporary issue but it impacted our stay.
