Very nice weather the food was bog standard for a all inclusive resort but it was pretty good it was just the same stuff most evenings the communication was really bad so I just gave up and enjoyed my holiday the rooms were very clean the staff were friendly if you stay there be sure to visit the Italian which is included in all inclusive the staff were excellent there's a bar next door be careful outside the hotel I found everyone was just after your money trying to rip you of be careful with taxi drivers the red cabs were okay but one of them took are money and didn't wait and left us and we had to find another cab which took a hour we confronted him later on he made out he didn't speak a word of English when he was talking English in the cab on the way there I will probably never come here again but Africa is so beautiful I just didn't feel comfortable with people in your face getting you to buy something but it's like that everywhere I just found here was a tad worse

stayed at this hotel with my sisters for a week in october although it is a german hotel their is a lot of english speaking staff who are always available to help
the animation team is amazing especially paul and soufiane who take time to make sure everyone is having fun and interact with all staying they have a selection of different entertainment in tge evenings that can be enjoyed by everyone the staff work extremely hard throughout the day but still look cheerful and happy all the time
the hotel has a good selection of food, the rooms are cleaned daily to high standards we even had flowers and sweets left by the house keeping staff :)
the pools are cleaned daily and the aqua park is great for all ages and the splah pool has great daily entertainment (aqua gym, dancing etc)
all in all i was very gappy with my stay here and would definitely return to this hotel
Couldn't fault it!

Just got back from a weeks all inclusive stay with my husband, 14 year old son and 11 year old daughter. So the first thing to say is yes, it does have a large German client base. About 90 % German, 5 % British 5% French Moroccan etc. So if that's a problem for you bear it in mind. It wasn't for us. The staff communicated well with us and were friendly and polite. If you know any French German or Arabic it's a bonus but it doesn't mean you can't communicate if you don't. You pay a city tax of approx 18dr per person per night when you arrive. There is a cash machine in the hotel lobby. We arrived late but they kept the Italian restaurant open for us:-)
Taxi's are available out the front of hotel. Petite red taxi is 20dr max 3 people, within Agadir centre.Big white takes max of 6 people for 50dr. The price goes up in the evening after 9pm so clarify price before you go!
We had adjoining rooms which was ideal for being together as a family but having privacy as well. It was quite close to the entertainment area which meant it was noisy from the music until 11pm- but we went to the entertainment or had a stroll along the promenade each night anyway. Rooms a re well furnished and a maid visits daily with towels and shower gel/soap etc. The rooms have fridges. The rooms are spread over a wide area in the complex.
Food was lovely. Buffet style in the main restaurant. Breakfast-Freshly squeezed OJ, freshly fried omelette and eggs, pastry, yoghurts, continental meat and cheese etc Lunch- Salad, Moroccan tagines, meats, stews, paella, fish, bread etc. Dinner more of the same but always different from lunch, also do sushi at dinner. Daily menu change.Pizza and pasta always available so my fussy eater did not starve.
Drinks- local spirits and wines, branded soft drinks, cocktails( bit weak!) Bottles of water available throughout the various bars etc. Didn't experience the other restaurants so no opinion on those but you need to book the day before.
Pools- Splash pool great fun, not big but good slides and we had fun in them. Big pool has organised activities form the friendly animation team. They do invite you but don't push. They announce activities in German, English and French. Pool is a bit cold for my taste but the kids loved it. Has a pool bar, deep and shallow areas. Quiet pool, did not visit but was quiet. It was off peak for us so sunbeds were available but not always the best ones. Summer- you'll need to put your towel out early!!
Beach and promenade- Great! People selling but a polite no thank you and they leave you in peace. Subtle police presence so feels very safe. Avoid the henna as it scars the skin. Guests- all friendly whatever the nationality!
Animation team- Great fun, they look like they enjoy what they do! Lots of dancing, singing. They do Karaoke- mostly British and German songs. Moroccan night with Berber wedding and snake charmer, belly dancer etc is very good. Seats with tables and bean bags if you want to chill.
Souk is interesting, bargains to be had if you are happy to haggle. Did the camel ride which kids found an enjoyable experience but sore on the behind. Not the most interesting journey/views so maybe the bbq version is better value- booked at hotel.
Overall, we had a fantastic time. We would go back again and to this hotel.
Brits avoid this hotel. Caters mainly for Germans

We stayed at this hotel for a week arriving on 14th October. We are a family of 5 with a teenager, 10 and 4 year old. Went with other family members so were a bigger party in total. Reception staff are English speaking and were helpful on arrival. Communication in English with majority of the staff is a problem. Called from hotel room several times with problems with the room and each time took at least an hour to resolve as they kept on sending the wrong staff to help and whoever turned up had trouble communicating. Dont ask housekeeping anything, they dont speak English at all.
Met Rachid from meeting point (English speaking rep for the hotel) very charming in the first instant and comes across as he will do all he can to help you on your stay. Gave the most expensive prices for excursions and made it look like he was giving you the best deal possible. Luckily didnt fall for his charms and booked excursions privately and spent a third of the price quoted by Rachid. After that he became the most arrogant and rude person, refused to help us confirm transfers on return trip and told his colleagues not to help too.
Entertainment team dont bother with any visitors apart from germans. They are sleazy and were hitting on the young german visitors in the evening entertainment. Announcements mainly made in german with a few words in English but the accent is so bad you really need to listen carefully, so didnt really know what was going on throughout the evening.
Restaurant staff were ok, most of them wouldnt bother to welcome us or ask if we needed anything in comparison to their german clients, kept tables reserved for some visitors and drinks poured and ready in main buffet restaurant. Food was good for adults, tagines were the best.hotel does not cater much for the kids (my kids ate pizza for most of the stay) breakfast was repetitive each morning, (omelettes were half uncooked)
Last but not least the German visitors were rude, would constantly stare no matter which part of the hotel you were in, whether it be at the pool, bar, restaurant, reception, or generally walking around.
Luckily we kept ourselves busy outside the hotel. Would definitely visit Agadir again but would never use or recommend this hotel to any Brits!
Good hotel staff abit rude mainly german hotel

We arrived here on the 14th october, the hotel is good some off the staff in the dining area can be rude at time mostly german people come here they give better service to them than any else they have a place called meeting point where they do excursions and are very pricy avoid a guy called rachid as he works there he was adding extra on top of prices and when we said no he was rude towards us and very unprofessional aswell i would come back to agadir but not this hotel for sure.
