Solva is ideal for a few hours visit with a nice harbour, colourful main street and very reasonable restaurants.
Car parking can be paid for by the hour and the toilets are well kept and free.

Had a lovely day walking with the dog around and above the town on the coastal path, I had olives and wine at the Quirky Paul Raaul gallery a little chapel converted into a gallery and cafe. The Cuban owner paints and makes music .Dog friendly and vege friendly . Lovely big gift shop nearby ( not cheap but lovely things) called Window on Wales. Weird Fish and Sea Salt clothes plus jewellery pottery and gifts.Found a really good dog friendly pub ( the harbour pub is too) but preferred this pub called The ship around the corner. Curry and a pint for just under ten pound and staff are enthusiastic and helpful .it was already busy at about 5 pm Good music and character ,

Easy parking (have to pay) by the harbour with pubs and surprisingly large craft/tourist shop. Certainly worth walking towards the sea for the view and, best of all, walking up the coast path for about a mile to get fantastic views back to the village from high up.
A little Gem

A great b and b close to the little harbour at Solva. We were busy attending a wedding but really enjoyed the wonderful hospitality of the owners who really pull the stops out for guests x Amazing breakfasts along with very comfortable accommodation xxxx
