View is beautiful .safety not so much. All our luggage was stolen . Somebody brake window in our car and took all luggage . All in bright day light and on the hotel parking lot. They have some insurance ,but not reliable ,responsible and willing to work with you. Still dealing with them. 5 months after. We are back to our country . Calling the insurance and e -mail them is very frustrating. They ignoring us..All our luggage was invisible in the trunk. So we were watch by somebody. Not safe. No cameras for guest safety.

We enjoyed this lovely hotel a lot, as we enjoyed the breakfast with view at the lake and pool as well. This hotel is +- 10 minutes away from Annecy old town but in the middle of the nature. We had an excellent stay and would love to go back in the future.

Good use of the facilities, Sauna, Steam Room, Indoor heated pool and outdoor pool. Beautiful views. However, that is where it ends! The staff were rude and seemed to not enjoy their jobs and this was clear to see. We eat in the restaurant only one night and this was enough to not eat there again! The waiter was rude and could not even look at us. Left us to find out own table. I ordered vegetables with my main course of which never arrived. We were also asked if we would like bread of which I agreed politely and also never appeared! When we asked for the bill we were left for a long time and eventually I had to approach the till to pay! I reported this to reception and they said they would investigate.....nothing was ever reported back and I not only mentioned it a further 2 times but also emailed them after to no response! Very Poor customer service at this hotel! Do not eat there. Only stay in this hotel if you are happy to eat in the old town for every meal. Beautiful views but that is all. The Air conditioning was also switched off and when I enquired they said they would send a fan to the room which of course also never appeared even after a few reminders!

Broken lights in the bathroom, broken plates, glasses and cups at breakfast, completely untrained servers. Cannot fix lights or anything else even when asked. Probably the most disappointing hotel experience in a very long time.

We were there in September so late in the season. The hotel is lovely and has a lovely settling above the lake. Staff weren't overly helpful and we ate in the restaurant one evening and the service was pretty poor which was a real disappointment. Food was average and we wished we"d gone out into Annecy,which is lovely.
