My husband and I checked in this hotel since were coming from Moscow. SO we have 2 big luggages and 2 small ones. We had a hard time looking for the hotel because the sign was in Russian. There was a small Ligotel word on the door number that can hardly be seen. There is no elevator on this hotel so if you have a big luggage good luck with that. While on the shower, the water from faucet has an odor too.

Unfortunately stuff is not informing you about problems in the hotel. I don't understand where is their motivation to keep secrets of bad conditions. It is very rude against your customers.
Be ready to pay a lot for the room - standard low quality room for the price of the suite.

Good location, close to the Railway station. No elevator! Can be problematic for families with luggage and seniors. Rooms are very small, but clean. Breakfast quite ok, bot not for vegans. Comfortable for a short stay in St.Petersburg.

stayed here for 5 nights ,nice rooms,very small though,no elevator for this property.breakfast was average.staff very helpful.location is the plus point for this hotel.free cookies and coffee available all day.

I hosted in this hotelier 2 nights following the very good reviews in tripadvisor and the relatively low price.
Good things about this hotel:
Location and the rooms are clean. But, that's about it..
The rooms are smelly. Bed is not comfortable, TV screen is small and is installed high up. Hot water many times are not available. Shampoo and gel in small plastic bags look very cheap. Breakfast is minimal. And there is no elevator. So, you have to carry your bags for 3 floors - this will be impossible for old and disable. Nobody offered to help carrying it. Check in was slow. There is no lobby, and the reception is a small table located at the corner of the first floor.
There are tea and coffee facilities down, and nothing in the rooms, not even a bottle of water.
