Bernie Mon 21/11/2017 22:33Great hotel you upgraded us to a suite the view was amazing and the bed was really comfortable .we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a great location. The suite was so roomy and very well laid out. We also used the leasure centre and enjoyed the facilities.

Some great points: staff at reception were very helpful in offering to help set up a surprise in the room and then ensured the room was ready early. The manager in the restaurant couldn’t have made our celebration better! We really appreciated the touch of a free bottle of wine and the substitution of cocktails for dessert!! The rooms are very clean and comfortable also and the location is great. Parking was easy, there was a charge but they waived it for us on account of our celebration!
Faults would be that breakfast was chaos with many food items unavailable and a long queue to be seated...also we waited a half hour for a glass of prosecco in the bar which was a bit ridiculous because they weren’t overly busy...but all in all the customer service in the restaurant made up for this so would definitely stay again!!!

deirdreo829on 21/11/2017 10:00Excellent location and cannot rate this hotel high enough. Food was excellent, both evening meal and breakfast, rooms were perfectly turned out, we had a late check out which really finished off our stay.
over priced, stuffy
myvajra2on 18/11/2017 05:20Not a good stay for Limerick, but it was recommended to us by someone else for the high tea. Unfortunately, no one told us you have to book that in advance, so we were left with no high tea, an overpriced and not terribly comfortable room, and had to pay for parking and for breakfast (neither included). Staff unfriendly, and to add to our poor experience, they were hosting a huge wedding where the guests completely filled the bar so we ended up staying away as long as possible, only to return and sleep in uncomfortable beds. Final straw was they had no sheets on the bed, so it was a down type blanket only, which I doubt is washed everyday!!! Not at all appealing.
Funeral Stay
eidinniron 15/11/2017 11:32I booked here because it was near the bereaved family. The room was amazing, very modern and comfortable. I have difficulty sleeping and had a good nights sleep here as it was quiet and the blackout curtains were excellent. I are a wonderful salmon dinner here, perfectly cooked with ginger and soy sauce flavored stir fried vegetables. The breakfast was the best I have ever had in a hotel with a huge variety. There was a meal served for 120 guests after the funeral and the meal of home made carrot soup and mustard sauce chicken were delicious. The service was efficient and attentive with everyone at my table of 10 getting their courses at the same time. I would highly recommend this hotel.
