Pros:
1. Hotel located just beside the road, with free parking lots in front of the hotel
2. With spa and indoor swimming pool, and a garden
3. Nice view of the mountain in the morning and evening
4. Owner is friendly and promised to update the hotel facilities
5. Breakfast included, with dinner option of a flat rate including appetizer, main course and desert.
Cons:
some facilities need repair, wifi signal a bit weak

We stayed in this hotel 3 nights. The staffs speaks english, but was not pleasant every day.
Our room was acceptable - clean and comfortable enough with nice balcony mountines view.
The wifi was horrible. My colleague had the same problem. We ussually spent approx.30 minutes for log in. Internet is very slow. Standard but same breakfast buffet menu for 3 days, no sausages.
I tried to use my Diners credit card, but they no longer take Diners - especially their POS termimal has a Diners logo, staff said it is expensive :(

We found the staff friendly and helpful. Although the bathroom was tiny the room was nice and clean. The garden and pool areas are very nice. We enjoyed dinner on the patio of the restaurant and breakfast the next morning in the dining room. The location was great for traveling from Salzburg to Hallstatt.

We were right in front of the hotel room 225 overlooking the road so very noisy room. We were told where to sit at breakfast, with another couple we didn't know tho there were empty tables. No hairdryer, checkout 10am. It's way out of the village and we paid 8 Euros to go back in to the local pool as its a long hot walk in.
Very odd..no bottom sheet, just stretchy Jersey. There is a small inside pool and a few outside loungers. We did enjoy sitting in the garden to eat in the evening pity they don't do that at breakfast. Breakfast most disappointing of the week, very perfunctionary.

The hotel has a very good location with being within 15 km from Hallstatt. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was superb. The restaurant also had a nice atmosphere.
The rooms were OK as well, although the bed seemed to be a bit too old and the Wifi signal was sometimes very weak. Plus one of the rooms looks on a very crowded and noisy road.
