Was pleasantly surprised with the exceptional accommodations at this hotel. Staff was friendly and exceptionally helpful in arranging transport, assisting in locating a lost cell phone despite the language barrier, and helping with the idiosyncrasies of Italian electrical panels, lighting and air conditioning. Really good European breakfast, once we learned how to operate the coffee machine. Will definitely use this hotel on our next visit. Great way to burn calories on the steep walk back up the hill to the hotel after dinner.

We found the Link on Hotels.com when we were driving from being on Sicily to Positano and were so happy with our choice!!
To get there was a bit of a challenge due to the road you think you should find it on, you don't BUT once you get turned back around, you are able to figure it it! :)
The hotel is nice looking and quite modern! We arrived during some rain and were able to park right in the front! The rooms are a nice size and comfortable! Everything was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful!!
The one downfall was the evening we arrived, the bar/restaurant was closed but the young lady at the front desk directed us to a fantastic restaurant for dinner, which was down the hill and across a Main Street!
Breakfast was included with our room rates and was typical Italian: cereal, Italian Danish, fruit, meats, cheese, yogurt, coffee and water. It was good and a great way for us to start our day!
We only spent one night there but I would highly recommend The Link to anyone going through Cosenza!! We will definitely stay there again when we go back!!

A modern hotel that was great to find after a disastrous overnight stay in Salerno. The room was very clean and comfortable. The concierge Valentina was friendly and most helpful, arranging a taxi to take us to the old city and recommended a lovely little restaurant for dinner. All in all a very pleasant experience.

This is a modern hotel actually located on a different road than listed Poor lighting, no hot water, minimalist breakfast of cookies and warm yogurt...from our European standpoint this hotel definitely caters to Americans who aren't discerning travelers. Bed however was comfortable but the shower bathtub combination would be difficult to enter/exit if someone was over 40.

We didn't actually visit Cosenza, this was only a night stop on our way from Sicily to Rome. This hotel is very close to the highway, yet far enough so it's perfectly quiet. The rooms and general appearance are those of a standard 4 star hotel, with friendly and helpful front desk staff.
The only major downside was the breakfast, served in a dedicated space in the lobby, with no personnel attending. Most of the food was finished although we arrived one hour before closing time and we found no one to ask for something to eat.
