This is a great place to stay for a night for a backpacker. The hosts are really friendly, there is internet en the kitchen, shower and bathroom are clean. I Liked staying here. They are very welcoming, also for campers.

Run by the most lovely couple Adam and Melissa who are really friendly and super accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool, spa pool and relaxing in the hammocks among the cherry trees. Close location to Picton, Havelock and Blenhiem. Nestled in idealic surroundings with bicycle track to Te Anau water front township and close location to local pub/restaurant, petrol station and out door adventure equipment hire and walking tracks. We felt very safe and secure and enjoyed the quiet area. Clean and nicely decorated rooms with everything you need and great shower heads. Thank you for the best stay looking forward to returning.

What a great service these people deliver! We stayed in a family room which was bigger then what we needed, but it did n't matter. The complementary milk was great, the joyfull hello's from the daughter of the house made it even more special and the family dog was a lovely old little fellow. We really felt right at home. The owner gave us great trips.
Yes its remote, but worth while.

Clean. Very friendly. Great access to Queen Charlotte Track etc. Great location. Reasonably priced. Staff helpful and relaxed. Rooms clean. Would recommend it as a perfect place to finish a hard exercising holiday if you don't want to splash out too much, but need a bit of a chillax. I'd go again.

Two nights at the backpackers with spotless amenities. Clean towels and linen provided together with a very comfortable bed, reading lamp and coat hangers. After a day on the Queen Charlotte Track I could come "home" and have a swim in the pool and lie in a hammock in the orchard. In the early morning the view of the surrounding pastures and hills was a dream from my chair on the lawn. If Adam passed he would happily suggest an adventure for the day. I was but one visitor but felt at home and had a super stay. Plenty to do and see in this beautiful area.
