We had the best welcome by the charming staff of a very good hotel.
Staying in Cramo hotel is exciting relaxing and with very good recomondations for touring the beautiful amazing city Lisboa.
We are traveling a lot all over the world and I must tell our very nice and good stay here.
I must tell that the bed and the mattress is the perfect I had out of home.
The professional young staff is full with energy make us feel at home far away from home.
Thank you Rafael, Bruno , Katia and all other kind people.
I am sure that we will return.

Great location not too far from the main train station and Rossio Square. Lovely friendly staff. Hotel peaceful at night. Breakfast a bit average though. The best bed I have ever slept in! A great kiosk in the square outside for a teatime drink. They can offer anything you like and only a 5 minute walk to Bairro Alta for some great bars and restaurants

Stayed two nights and felt like a king, the service the perks and hotel stuff were beyond expectations.
Coming to Lisbon often and staying in different hotels I would defiantly come back here in my next travel. It’s value suppress its price and

This hotel itself is lovely with well appointed rooms and in a fantastic location. I would stay here again and would recommend others stay here too.
The poor rating for this hotel in this review is a reflection of my own disappointing experience during this particular stay rather than my overall view of the hotel. Without going into too much detail essentially the first weird issue that arose was a cleaner or someone else with a swipe card inexplicably walking into our room (or at least attempting to) a few times before check out as my partner and I were packing and getting ready to leave. And the second issue was the inability/unwillingness of the hotel staff to review the footage of the hotel security camera located at the hotel entrance in order to provide the taxi number of a cab I left my phone in.
Hopefully I will have a more positive experience next time.

This hotel is in a fantastic location. Very near most tourist places and reataurants. I liked that it has a small plaza very near the hotel where you can eat very delicious seafoods. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. They speak very good english too. I will definitely stay here again.
