The Staff Really Try Hard
Ryan Son 29/09/2015 05:54Since you are travelling up into the mountains, you must expect an English barrier, but I must say the staff really tried their hardest and were so helpful. So helpful in fact that the General Manager took our food order in the restaurant and drove us to the bus station to get back to Sanya. Everyone was super nice.
I recommend going during the weekdays as it is far less crowded and we had the hot springs to ourselves, the weekend got crowded from the people coming for the weekend.
Rooms are clean, super quiet and relaxing. Rooms are nice. Breakfast buffet was a little disaster with dirty plates everywhere, but you get that in most places in Hainan.
Overall, very nice. We had a hot tub on our porch in our room overlooking the mountains. The area s really nice.
I recommend a trip!
