Fantastic location if you want to stay in the Como area. The accommodations are clean and more than enough for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Also they have their own parking which is great when travelling on business. Even more enjoyable was the great food in the restaurant, absolutely delicious!

Was a Bit of a Pain to Find but once we got there it was OK .found a nice Italian version of a sports bar just down the way ...lots of one way streets ....didn't see George Clooney but he wasn't looking for me either LOL

We are a family of four, with one seven year old and one two year old. This was a great place to stay. There was a large bed for us, a bed for our seven year old, and a crib for the two year old. I have found that the majority of the (reasonably priced) hotels in the Italian Lake region act surprised that a family of four might actually want to sleep in the same room. I had no such problem here. The staff and owner were very friendly. The WiFi actually worked and was actually free, as advertised (uncommon in this region in my experience). Finally, I had accidentally reserved the room for the week prior to our arrival. I realized my mistake too late, and expected to have to pay twice for the room. Without even asking, the owner provided me with a great discount on the room (and dinner) to help make up for the extra cost, which was completely my fault. I was very pleased. The only drawback to this hotel is the distance from Como. You really need a car to get there, and driving into downtown Como (and finding parking) is a nightmare.

I chose this place due to the ability to accommodate my three boys plus 2 adults. The staff was very friendly. Accommodations where basic, but clean. Property offers parking, wi-fi and breakfast in its rates. location is quite removed from the lake and city centre. If you have your own car and all you need is a clean place to sleep then this is a good choice.

It was difficult to find it, the room was cold, small and old, the service was awfull, even the cleaning woman was rude with us and the breakfast tha had to be included in the price was unexistent...I had to ask for some milk and cake....And the best of all...I paied 90 euros for a night and the other day they asked me a thousand times what time I will leave the room...Jesus....!
