My wife and I stayed here in August 2017 and we loved it. Clean, modern, comfortable and on a quiet street in the Plateau. Close to Parc La Fontaine and not too far from restaurants and coffee shops. Nicely furnished, and it was pleasant walking the surrounding neighborhood. Liked our inn-keeper, very professional and supportive.
Terrific Inn Keepers and Location!!!

This ultra modern and spotlessly clean loft is highly recommended.
The location is superb. Walking through Parc La Fontaine is a very enjoyable experience and...
What has not been reported often on other reviews is that there about 8 excellent restaurants on a block on the other side of the park from the Loft. Some highly reviewed ones are very expensive. The good news is you do NOT have to spend a very good meal. Walk the block. When one is crowded that is a sign that it is very good.
****The Husband and wife who run the loft are helpful beyond words.
The Cuban lady walked multiple blocks with us to insure that we boarded the correct bus.
The husband carried our suitcases up the stairs to our apartment.
This loft is highly recommended🤙
Great Neighborhood Place in Montreal

The Loft was a perfect base for our stay in Montreal. We had a lovely, warm bedroom on a quiet street, a small den, dining room and full kitchen, all with a modern vibe. Free parking made it very easy to travel, but I preferred the bike share dock a little over a block away. The proprietor of the Loft was very accessible and very helpful - calling us a cab the first night, providing maps including the bicycle trail map, and providing restaurant suggestions. We loved staying here, Just make sure you're willing to carry your bags up two flights of stairs. It's worth it!
Stylish stay on the Plateau

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Our ground floor loft was stylishly furnished and came with its own little balcony where we sat outside for a glass of wine each evening.
The bedroom was beautifully decorated, air conditioned and comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with everything we could need.
Rue Cartier is a leafy quiet street but handy for public transport to all areas of the city.
Mio was a lovely host who was always willing to help with information about the city.
A great place to stay whilst visiting Montreal.
Best deal in Montreal!

We stayed in Loft 2 (I think,it's been a while) and it was perfect for our needs. We prefer having b'fast in when we travel, as well a wine/ cheese precursor to dinner out. We were able to walk (about a mile) to a French bakery with probably the best gluten-free pastries I've had anywhere!
This loft is in a fabulous location with a grocery store and laundry mat (yes - we were there long enough to do laundry) a 2 minute walk away. The neighborhood is quaint, safe and quiet. We even walked to dinner on a popular street several nights...we loved living like "real Montrealers'''....albeit, ones with Southern accents ;)
The owners are welcoming hosts and took time to show us around upon arrival. We would not hesitate to stay there anytime we visit Montreal!
