The hotel is very clean and quiet with friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast was good and the hotel has parking and if full there is plenty of free parking around. It is a fair walk from the old town and to the places the staff recommended to set. Overall would recommend this hotel.

Booked room and parking space for the weekend of Circuits de Ramparts. Three days before arrival warned by email that parking space would not be available on my arrival. Arrived to find spaces reserved for specific cars (regulars it turns out) but not mine despite booking three months in advance. I was told to park in street for afternoon. Was then invited to use neighbouring business car park (once staff had left). No discount. In fact hotel staff refused point blank to deal with my disgruntlement even swearing in French when I persisted. Crummy hotel, crummy staff.

Its relatively unprepossessing on the outside but indies is clean and welcoming. Rooms are ok size with decent bathrooms. Wifi is good and breakfast has a decent selection. It is about 10 minutes walk from the town centre on the flat (which is important for some in Angouleme which is on a hill)
There is car parking but there are not a lot of spaces and free parking on the road outside.
Note check arrival times as reception opens at 18:00 but once checked in you can have a key to come and go as you please.

Stayed here for a few days with a group of US friends, who had never visited this part of France before. Rooms clean and compact. Friendly Owner / Manager, eager to advise on eating and places to see.

This hotel is perfectly located for visiting Limoges and exploring the surrounding areas. Its an easy drive through beautiful scenery to Cognac and St Emilion. The hotel has good car parking on and off site. It is just a short walk into the centre of Limoges. The rooms were immaculately clean (but small) and whilst you had to ask for a hairdryer and it maybe could have had tea / coffee facilities, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was outstanding. We would use this hotel again.
