excellent location ,friendly staff ,clean ,rooms are big . excellent breakfast .It seems that the hotel did an intensive renovation so all rooms and facilities look new and comfortable. The staff is amazing

staff is very helpful and the hotel is just beautiful.the rooms are very clean. breakfast from 7am until 11am..i absolutely suggest it to anyone.complimantary green tea, black tea and coffee is excellent way to relax.this is the place to stay here

The room,the breakfast,the location,the concept of the hotel were very nice.i will choose this hotel for my next vacation plans.
I didn't like that talkative waiter in the restaurant.He wasn't very kind.

I went there for tourism and I was extremely surprised with the kindness and warmful welcoming of the staff. Everything was clean and my room was very comfortable.
The breakfast in the morning was great and the staff really paid attention that our needs are fulfilled.

The staff in the Hotel is friendly and speak good English (which is rare in Odessa). The rooms are very good and clean, the breakfast is also quite good. The hotel is at a good location near the main streets.
The only bad thing is that the rooms are dark with a single window looking at a closed internal hall.
