Stayed here for one night on a Saturday night. The hotel was a reasonable price for London on a Saturday and the location was ok for what we needed too. On arrival I thought the hotel was really nice. I am now not so impressed with the hotel, unfortunately I left an item of clothing in the hotel. I realised this when I unpacked my bag when I got home the same day and called the hotel straight away. They denied having them, even though I know that I had left them there. So somebody had a good find. I'm disappointed to learn that their staff are clearly dishonest. I will not return purely for the principle of it.

Well have just returned from a fabulous trip to London. I booked here not really expecting it to be as amazing as it was.
We were treated so well from the moment we walked into the hotel. Our room was upgraded which was absolutely amazing wish we hadve stayed 2 nights now in my princess bed 😀
Fontina is a lovely young lady and a credit to the hotel as were all the staff. Nothing was too much trouble at all we felt very special.
We never had breakfast but this was only because we're not breakfast people.
Most definitely coming back and hopefully very soon.

its a very good hotel for business, it provides free bottled water and fruits, coffee, tea and biscuits, the room was not tiny it was a good size and more for European standards, service was great I would stay there again

I really enjoyed this hotel on the weekends, they have an amazing service. Also, they provide you with a handy that you can take with you while sightseeing to keep you connected. The hotel has an interesting story behind it so it is interesting how they redecorated everything into a hotel.
Very much enjoyed my stay!

Conveniently located when you are travelling from Paris with Eurostar arriving in St Pancras, this hotel is poorly decorated, rooms are painted with dark colors providing a dull ambiance. Front desk is efficient, prices are high like in any other London hotel.
