We have stayed a number of times at the Marriott West India Quay. It has been consistent in high standards, helpful staff and lovely accommodation. Over time we have become more acquainted with the local area and have found some great local restaurants and enjoy this part of London more with every trip. The hotel Executive Lounge is on the small side but has good evening wine and snack offerings. A full breakfast is provided in the downstairs restaurant with excellent buffet choices. Try the Greek omelette for something different. My only quibble is some spotty Wi-Fi. I am not sure what the issue is but have found this to be the case no matter what room we are in. Some of the rooms have really beautiful views of the area and the last time we stayed we were lucky enough to have a corner room looking out in two different directions. We will stay here again.

Needing a hotel for our ATP Tennis day out I booked the Marriot primarily on price and location. Knowing that Canary Wharf is a concrete jungle we went with reasonable expectations. We arrived early to ensure we arrived at the 02 in plenty of time.
10 am arrived and the friendly receptionist managed to find us a room to check into and even upgraded us.
The room was a good size with excellent facilities and very clean with great views.
Large en suite and good size bed all very clean and good hanging space, definitely over delivered. Returning early evening was when we were really impresses with its location. The whole area was illuminated and looked amazing. A number of good restaurants surrounded the hotel and gave us many options, all had beautiful lighting and the whole area at night was buzzing and had a great atmosphere.

Very modern, impressive building overlooking the waterfront. Very welcoming staff. Stayed in a fourth floor water facing room. Loved the chaise longue in front of the full length windows. Nice toiletries. Full mini bar. Liked the puzzles/ board games placed on the tables in the bar. Very friendly bar staff. Good breakfast. Really nice stay. Lots of bars, restaurants on the doorstep too. Would definitely stay again.

I just wanted to write a quick note regarding my experience at the Marriott West India Quay in London. Having just spent two weeks away from home on business, it was great to see Mathew and the team again. I travel a lot, and have stayed at a lot of hotels, but this experience in London was fantastic. Mathew was dynamite, every evening/every day greeting me by my first name and ensuring whatever I needed was taken care of - a true top notch client experience. I will be back in London soon, and will certainly be back to stay at West India Quay because of Mathew. This is the hotel to stay at when in London.

Great location as its close to many restaurants and pharmacy, gym and walking distance to any of the financial buildings. Hotel breakfast on main floor with nice selection, hot and cold. Hotel rooms comfortable clean and quiet. Executive lounge is quiet and relaxing. Close to train station also.
