Rooms are small & look dated & old. This is not Lords own Hotel but an acquired one.
Rack rates & Hotel room Tariff of rooms are on higher side by nearly 30 %.
Its better to book on other sites like GOIBIBO / MAKE MY TRIP ETC than Lords own website.
Location is good close to raliway station & market.

Rooms are very spacious,Excellent food and courteous & co operating staff.The roof top restaurant served excellent food .The surprise welcome was unique.The hotel have helped us for early check in without any hassle.

Location of this hotel is apt, just minutes to the textile market. Near to Railway Station etc. Friendly & Helpful staffs, Suits Room is a royal surprise with space, amenities etc. Swimming pool was clean.

Went to Surat on a office trip and stayed here for a night. The stay was okay but somehow the hotel has a different smell of dampness in the lifts, the buffet breakfast was good but dinner was average. Rooms are good and comfortable

The room was neat and clean, Housekeeping staff was very prompt. The roof top restaurant served excellent food and the live counter of fish was great, also fresh rotis were made on the spot and to be served. Being a Non veg fan the food was excellent and also relished the wonderful veg dishes. They also had fantastic desert. Overall a very memorable stay.
