See SEP 20th review. Once again no water for 2 days. Couldn't have a shower. Couldn't flush the loo. Room stank after 2 days. Very noisy Halloween celebrations. Staff absolutely useless. Had to buy bottled water at kiosk to clean teeth. I could understand it in India, but this is the EU.

I travelled with my baby and mother to this hotel, we booked from 15 -19 September 2017. Arrived ok, staff were friendly BUT on Sunday 17 September (from the afternoon onwards), there was absolutely NO water supply in the hotel. We couldn't even wash or anything....Staff seemed unconcerned and said they would not be offering any help (such as bottled water) to guests. On that evening, all guests left and moved to other hotels. Staff couldn't give any indication as to when the water supply would be working again. Very unhelpful, especially when travelling with a young baby and in such a hot climate. The hotel had a LOT of negative reviews at the time I booked it but I decided to give it a chance as the location seemed great and I wasn't seeking luxury, but I regret it. I didn't want luxury, but this lacked even the basics. Incidentally, the advertised "Free WiFi" does NOT exist. In the 2 days we spent there (before having to move to a hotel that had water), we were unable to access the advertised wifi, so don't count on having it if you stay here.....You have been warned! :-/

If you are travelling for leisure, then this is NOT your destination. but if you are travelling for adventure, this hotel is good and most of all, is quite clean. If going in summer, make sure you don't book the 5th floor rooms, as they are extremely hot and the air conditioner wont help. I suggest you choose a room with a balcony too. other rooms seem to be quite small.

This is the worst hotel ever. When we entered the room that we booked it was like entering a freezer. the room had mold on the walls and ceiling, so it smelled really bad. The air conditioning didn't work properly , no heat, the bathroom was also extremely very cold , so we could have a shower . We asked to be moved only to be told that they were full for that night but might have a room tomorrow, so they gave us a heater to heat the room up , but that blew the fuse and then we had no power to the sockets after. That night no one got to sleep due to the fact that there is a nightclub directly underneath the room and the whole of the street is like a big party until 8am in the morning, lots of noice. The next day they showed us a room right next door that was in the same state. That was enough for us we left to get another hotel, ( never done that before.) you have been warned , stay here at your own risk.

We stayed here for one night. Room metal doors just unlock the entrance of the "number", the image- such holes are not yet seen it. We asked the reception to change the prison room. The response was negative ... Celle winow into the dark wells with a specific smell, tiles falling in the bathroom, bathroom door and the table looks like from the landfill, wardrobe - this hole in the wall, a bed without curtain...
