What People are saying

Good place to stay in a very resonable price

Renata G on 27/03/2015 10:17

3 times already this year only (Jan - March 2015).
Pros:
Nice, very functional, VERY CLEAN, basic standard apartments.
Kitchen with a fridge, microwave and all basic stuff for self catering.
Air-condition/heating
Free WiFi
Nice tapas bar just around the corner.
Swimming pool
Fantastic staff! I had to stay in my room for a few days due to some injury and they took care of me almost like friends or family. And I don't even speak Spanish...
Cons:
Can't think of any. Maybe washing machine would be great for longer trips? I've never asked for a room with washing machine though. Maybe they do have a choice.

Cheap price

It can be hardly find any cheap hotel near Sevilla. So here is a good suggest place. On double room is only 60 Euro and with wifi include. It is easy to park under the street. Ten minutes in car to the city center.

Very good for the price

These are basic accomodations however, they were spacious and clean. We stayed in apartment 311. The kitchen was equipped but only with enough dishes for four people for one meal which meant we needed to clean up after each meal. Dish soap and sponges are not provided and we didn't realize they were not in the room until after we had already shopped next door at the grocery. It would be nice if they are not going to provide this necessity, that they keep some on hand in the lobby for sale. There is a nice grocery next door and several restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk around the area. The beds were comfortable and the parking was secure and included in the rate. We drove so this was a convenient location for exploring Seville and the surrounding areas. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable spacious room. Good value for money.

The rooms are basic but comfortable. In particular the beds are comfortable. The rest is pretty basic, and the kitchen is not well equipped (bring your own corkscrew!) But the reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

The area is pretty dead though. Definitely not good for central Seville. We were there for nearby skydive Spain. Not recommended for a city break at all!

NOT SO LUX VILLA

We arrived at the hotel at 6am after driving down from madrid, th drive was a little longer than planed but anticipating this i had booked the hotel ( i use the term loosely) for the night before.

first off the check in. beware the hotel takes payment directly before you move into the room in order to discourage early check out when you are faced with what you have to sleep in. while this practice is perfectly legal it is frowned upon as unethical by the hotels commission. being unaware that i had pre booked the room for an extra night the porter charged me for it there and then with a smug and condescending smile and attitude.at this point i started to become quite alarmed. ten nights at 58 euros i declined to leave my credit card and payed in cash.
i follow the principle that you earn my trust from your first appearance.

the room. I had ( i sould say my secretary had) booked the room several months ahead clearly requesting a family room, i was given a suit no crib waiting, despite a request for it to be there, and no housekeeper until 9am.
suit consists of a bedroom with two single beds joined together and a very unpleasant hump in the middle. THE MATTRESS is more like a cardboard box. hard as hell. room number 208 btw.
a living room with a sofa tv stand and pre 2005 tv. ( we never used it)
a small kitchenette with 4 ring Hob ( electric) microwave / grill system sink and storage cupboard. a SMALL, table that 4 people could gather round for breakfast.

the sofa it seems doubles as the second bed yes that is correct your sofa transforms in the family suit into a double bed, we do hope you slept well is not a phrase you will hear in the reception.

bedding and linen, you have one sheet and one very thin piece of cloth ( no blanket) we asked for another but gave up and went and bought a sleeping bag.

grounds and outside. the location is suitable, as the hotel is located above a medical center that offers chiropractic assistance you might need after a night in the beds, gated access ensures you cannot escape at night, in fact you have to use a side door for access on the weekends.
swimming pool and sports courts, they exist and are fit for purpose. restarant opens in morning, breakfast we went to twice, TOASTED BREAD ROLES COFFEE, JUICE AND JAMS,
hardly a healthy breakfast for children, i ran next door stocked the fridge and eat from there. cooking utensils are another thing lacking, a trip to the shops fixes that as well you will need your own cups as these are not supplied.

so photographs? yes i have them however i have submitted them to Michelin guides, they will be published in the worst of the worst section of the December edition.

A hotel or apartment center is the sum of it's parts. this failed to meet any standard laid. its rating would be at best sub standard, one hotel guest i spoke to described it as a no tell motel, the sort of place you would take the girl for an hour while the wife is away.

if cheapness and budget are the only concern this place meets those standards to a very high degree,

my compliments to the photographer he certainly makes the rooms look good but the truth is well i think you get the idea,
