The motel was very close to all amenities. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay there again. Great if you are travelling on a tight budget. Would absolutely recommend this motel to anyone.

I was travelling to Collingwood for a race weekend Sept 9-10-11.
We arrived on Sept 8th around 8 or 9 pm. Upon arrival, there was no one at the desk, we had to ring a bell for someone to come. The woman arrived in jogging pants and a worn t-shirt - not very professionnal, but I later understood that the whole family lives and works there.
Total price for 3 nights, 450$ (150$ per night) - To me that is expensive for an off season stay, but I do realise they probably jacked their price for the race.
For the first night, there was only 2 other vehicles in the parking lot, so I assume the property was not at 100% occupancy. We were given the first room beside the staircase.
The room is VERY VERY big, they could probaly turn this into 2 rooms if ever they foresee a renovation. We enjoyed this very much since we had a lot of luggage to complete our 3 races. Fridge & Microwave was perfect for us.
So back to the staircase, the first night was fine. However we barely slept at all the following night as we heard people coming in and going out (and partying) until 4 am... But we had to wake up at 5:30 every morning.
It seems to me that since we were one of the only long stays, they should have placed us in a quieter area of the property - at the end of the hall for example.
If you stay here, DO NOT stay in the room close to the stairs. It is a no sleep guarantee.
Bathroom is fine, not very big. Some of the wasted room space could have been used for more comfort in the washroom.
Bedding comfortable. Cleaning minimal.
Coffee in lobby only available from 7 am until 11.... If you are a business traveller or an early riser, you'll need to go to nearby Tim Horton's.

“The end-unit room is spacious. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Good location, restaurants, shopping, gas stations, and stores are walking distance. Blue Mountain is a short drive away.”

Hotel has just been renovated. Room was clean, bed comfortable etc. Room contained fridge and microwave, but no coffee or tea facilities. Coffee available in lobby in morning. Room was quiet despite being at front and located on Highway 26. Bath towel was a bit thin and small. WiFi was slow. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

We were surprised how clean and comfortable this place was for the price! We needed a last-minute place to stay - they were accomodating and helpful. The location was good -
there is a really nice coffee shop next door. There is also coffee and tea available in the lobby in the morning. Thank you Luxury Inn :)
