We had a great stay in Lisbon at LX hotel. The hotel is well located - easy to get to and explore Lisbon from - for example, it's a very short walk to Camoes square where the free walking tours start. It's also right above Lisbon's pink street, so not far to get back after a night out!
The hotel's staff were very helpful. The room was attractive - we especially liked the wet room style bathroom. Also appreciated the complimentary welcome drinks / sushi and pasteis de nata! Overall a great hotel.

Spent a 3 night city break here. Everything reported about the location is correct - great location. We walked to Belem one day, Alfama the next. The downside of the great location is the noise. It's constant - traffic, music and people shouting 24 hours a day. I take putty ear plugs everywhere I go and never been so grateful to have them but I was still woken up by the louder spurts throughout the night. Hotel itself is okay - fantastic huge bed but the bathroom is one of those stupid plastic containers inserted into the room. It's more subtle than a spaceship stuck in the corner like Ibis but I absolutely loathe them in principle. Fortunately ours had blinds which I understand some don't which is just ridiculous. Who wants to sit on the toilet in full view of their other half? It's one of those places with an nespresso machine & capsules for €1.50 each. Classy establishments shouldn't do this in my view. It's cheap and not classy. Offer guests some complimentary coffee in the room at that price, even if you limit it. Overall it was fine - very much enjoyed Lisbon but I wouldn't stay here again if I came back.

We stayed only for one night as we wanted to enjoy a Friday night in Lisbon before heading south to the Algarve. This hotel is in the thick of night life in the Chiado area, superb location. Close to clubs, bars, restaurants, the Cais do Sodre railway station and TimeOut Market is right next door. We were given a "special needs/disability" room that was really spacious and offered a huge bathroom. The room was very clean, it was well furnished with good quality furnishings, the double glazing cut out all noise from the 'night life' so we slept well and the Nespresso coffee machine was a bonus. Whilst breakfast was not included in our rate, the TimeOut market next door was an excellent choice. We did not dine in the hotel or use the bar.
Best of all was the staff. They were all friendly, helpful and spoke English fluently. We were offered maps of Lisbon and given advice of what to see, where to go, what trams to take and our luggage was stored after checkout. We would definitely return on out next visit to Lisbon.
The only negative point was the overhead shower did not work and we could only use the handheld shower instead.

Best location ever. Very nice view. Amazing rooms.
No need to take the breakfast at the hotel if you have time - the time out market is around the corner.
Don’t take the airport pickup the hotel can arrange. It’s overpriced for the service. No special car, no amenities, driver not at your flight arrival (had to call the hotel), not helpful.

We stayed for 3 nights at the LX hotel and we couldn't have been made more welcome. The hotel is very stylish and the beds were comfy and breakfast was delicious. This was an excellent place to stay location wise. We will recommend to others.
