You get for what you pay. We paid an awfully low cost for this so we did not go with very high expectation.
Location: Close to the railway station prior to the Main Haridwar Junction. But a 15 minute drive/Auto ride to the actual Haridwar city centre.
Cost: Dirt cheap!
Amenities and Hygiene: Bad. But we were on a budget and were fine because we paid peanuts for the room.

Do not stay here at any cost.
The place was terrible to say the least. Room was very dirty and didn't seem like it had been cleaned in the last 1 month. The sheets were very dirty, bathroom was unacceptable. When pointed out to the guy there he was irritated and did nothing to clean up. I didn't have any other option for the night as it was quite late and hence had to stay. I was carrying own bed sheets and so managed to stay for the night.
The place is not too far from the station, but transport is not easily available after 8PM which was a problem. If transport had been available I would have left the place in the night itself.

This is the worst place i've ever seen in my life:
-this is located 5 kms away from the city centre
-the rooms look like prison cell with cigarette buts on the floor and dirty bed sheets
-the toilets looked like they had not been cleaned in years: there were poo on it and the smell was horrible
I would definitely avoid this place
